Late but I have to say it , Ponderosa is going down the drain. My budtender asked one of the managers about a discount and they said I couldn’t get it becuz I am not a vet but I am my husbands care taker!! You can’t even tell the difference between the budtend and the managers. You think they’d be dressed for the Part. Just a bunch of kids. Please talk to your managers and do better , who ever this place doesn’t seem to have control.

I ordered online and I was in line before 7 pm this evening and was told I couldn't be in line because they were closed! So bummed out I wasn't able to get my order even though it was ready and now I have to wait till tomorrow!! I have to give low ratings because I have no order to rate!

Always pretty fast didn't even have to wait for online pick up.
