I waited outside your establishment for 20 25 minutes maybe longer just to go inside and have the lady working the front desk today tell me that because she can't clearly see my picture I can't go in I was there the day before and all last week they accepted the same ID and she wouldn't even look at it

Late but I have to say it , Ponderosa is going down the drain. My budtender asked one of the managers about a discount and they said I couldn’t get it becuz I am not a vet but I am my husbands care taker!! You can’t even tell the difference between the budtend and the managers. You think they’d be dressed for the Part. Just a bunch of kids. Please talk to your managers and do better , who ever this place doesn’t seem to have control.
