The lady who is clearly the supervisor on today is incredibly rude not just to the customers but also to the budtender which was very off-putting from the get-go! I bought a cartridge here yesterday for $30 and it never worked straight out the box. I brought it back I've done this before at many other places they flatly refused to take it back because I didn't have the box. Her suggestion was offer me 30% off on another cartridge that's bs! I will never buy from the store ever agbeen! And if I was a budtender I would definitely quit my job cuz no job worth me and talk to you the way the supervisor was talking to the budtender!

Sure wish they could keep the website up to date. Once again went in to get what was their website (not leafly) and tada - the don't have what I went for. When you ask for the discounts, MGR acts like the money is coming out of her own pocket rather than trying to make a customer happy. I really want to support this store but they make it hard.
