I discovered them almost right after recreational sales became legal, & have been stopping by about once a week ever since. Progressive Collective is easily one of my favorite dispensaries in Portland in terms of quality & affordability.

Really friendly and knowledgable staff, which made up for them not being as well stocked as they said they usually were. Overall great medicine and accurate info on all strains.

I was shopping for clones, and yes, this is the best selection of healthy clones in town, east, west or across the river. The knowledgeable tender recommended an indica strain that settled right in (I grow outdoors) and looks like it might be the best of my current crop. Great prices!!!!!

This was first regular place. It's right next to home. The budtenders are THE BOMB!! They remember you, and what you like. Amazing!!!

These people are so nice, and their customer service is gold medal! They have some special products that I love and I come here especially to get them. I have to travel quite a bit to get there (worth it!!) and they are nice enough to confirm stock before I arrive, and set it aside until I get there in an hour. Totally cool place, very friendly vibe and I love that!

BROAD MITES!!! Do not buy clones from this location. They are infested with broad mites. They will ruin your garden. I would avoid it completely if you are a grower. There clones are say inspected, but who ever is checking is isanely incompadent. Broad mites are one of the hardest pest to get rid of and you'll be forced to completely tear down and start fresh or use extremely nasty and harmful insecticides. I'll never set foot in there again.

Awesome place .... I have been to at least half of the dispensarys in Portland and they are the best by far.. best staff in the bisnuess and always quality flowers and products. Won a half ounce off of Thier raffle too. And clones are top notch
