Went in back in June, because they were the only place open, the lady needed to see my medical card so I put my phone into the drive-through tray It slipped out of my hands while doing so and fell a little loudly. , she apparently took it affront to that and decided not to serve me that day. I don’t know why. WASN’T DEALING WITH HER ABUSE, SO I WENT TO THE COMPETITOR. Fast forward to today, months later, I place an online order, I get to the store, hand them my ID just for the lady to tell me that I’ve been banned.. 😆😆 I am banned because your employee apparently needed a safe place to cry because the volume was a little too loud in there when I ACCODENTLY DROPPED MY PHONE. . Not to worry I will gladly take my money elsewhere. I have spent over $30,000 on marijuana since it became legal. I will gladly, gladly, go to Your competitors who never give me any problems, who I’ve dealt with since before we even had had recreational here. You need to do better like other people have said…it’s not the first time the crazy lady has created an issue and banned someone for it..

The budtenders are extremely helpful and kind. They always run deals and specials on great weed. Love this place!

Don’t shop here. Take your money somewhere else. Plenty of wonderful stores with great people in it. This one is not it.

Poor customer service . Pushy workers that have bad attitudes. Not knowledgeable of product. Bud has been very dry, and with poor to little effects. I have been multiple occasions to this location. Done giving second , third, fourth chances. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Use to be my favorite dispo but since the change of ownership the employees are extremely rude. They laugh in customers faces when confronted. I will take my business elsewhere. You lost a customer that spent lots of money there. You don't deserve anyones business

Not really any better than what my guy grows ,just way to high priced compared to other dispensarys right here in KCMO.I wrote a review that was negative and they just erased it,or hid it ,Then they send me an email wnting me to reach out for a free gift. if you erase your reviews without trying to even understand what happened you will not be in business long. I had the worst experience I have ever had in a business anywhere. All because a security guard who couldnt tell his ass from a hole in the ground bullying customers. would not recommend ,don't shop here save your time and money and go to a different location . this is what the better business bureau suggested keep posting until satisfied,so there you go.The marijuana state board, had another idea and they take their job very seriously. I will be in touch ,more will be revealed..IRS, review is the same as taking them down before anyone sees them.

It's really good when u like high thc without cbd in whatever u order. But definitely don't forget to make sure it's jus thc in whatever u order also bc they do have quite a few things with thc n cbd in them. Plus I really love indicas n they have quite a few good ones that I've tried n loved. Plus their daily 35 for a certain select 3.5 are also with some kind of potent weed so there's always some kind of deal. If u like hybrid strains then u should run up there as soon as possible.

I use to be a regular at proper until recently came into the picture. proper got rid on daily #30 8ths and started over pricing they worst strains. often I'd place a order and would be told my order was sold. not sure what happen here but this place went from #1 to none in no time.
