I came in during the week completely different staff from when I come in on the weekends (my days off) and I felt like I was rushed and did not feel welcomed. I will stick to coming in on the weekends because staff is a lot more helpful and welcoming .

I've grown to love these people; you don't feel rushed nor uninformed when asking questions and shopping around. Quality strains at the cheapest prices from the best growers.

I really like this place now that I've started coming here for 9/10 purchases [the 1/10 being when I'm far enough away that it isn't feasible to travel across town, and I can't fault Puddletown for not being wizards 😂]. The price is right. The quality consistent. The selection is always ample and it's never a problem finding whatever I came for and at a price that's hard to beat elsewhere 🙂🤘 The staff, from the person checking IDs and buzzing me in to the friendly people helping me find exactly what I need whether I know what I'm getting already or can't quite make up my mind and wanna check out the products in question [bless their patient hearts 🙂❤️💙💚💛💜😊] they're always happy to help and appreciative of every customer's business and show this in their handling of said customer's questions/requests. I'd give them 💯🌟's if I could. My favorite shop in all of Portland [and Washington] cheers! 🥃🐼🤘

I don't know if what i heard is true or not but i heard that if you are a card holder you are SUPPOSED to be treated with priority. I've visited a few dispensaries and they always attend us card holders before recreational clients. It's really disrespectful to me and to my poor loved one who sits at home with Cancer symptons waiting for her medication while people recreationally buying get attended first, making it so that the lines are much longer! What would the point of us paying for our medical card and renewing it be if we could come in as recreational patients and wait in line as long as those who REALLY, TRUELY, need it? You guys need to value your true patients and make a sytem like every other place and allow the card holders to go before recreational patients. Please fix this, asap. It was legalized to help people and you guys are doing everything but that at this point! No ofense to those doing it recreational! Im glad we're all happy and mellow but help us help them realize that this is not how things should be done.

Wow! Hidden Jem! Don't let the outward appearance of the plaza it's in fool you! They know their stuff here, I suffer from anxiety and depression. Coe (I think that's her name) explained to me what Cbd is and how it can help me, I'll defiantly be back regularly . Lindsey also hooked it up with some puddletown swag just for being friendly. Love your hair btw!

I stopped in on a whim and was very happy with what I found! Good quality, decent selection, and a free gram and pre-roll to boot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll be returning. :)

I live in Estacada so anywhere I go is a bit of a drive. I was looking for clones and found Puddletown Organics had a strain I haven't had in years so I went for a drive! The guys were very attentive. Thanks Will!

This is a great dispensary! It's in a little strip mall but don't be fooled by that exterior, inside is very clean and one of the most professional and friendly places I have been to in portland. plus they have great hours. I will definitely be coming back! great product variety and donation rate.

Excellent service and great prices. I like how the tax is included so you don't have to pay more than expected.

Great place with good quality meds! If you need to budget they always have a couple oz's on sale that are definitely worth it. I thinks its awesome that you guys do a points program. I would recommend this place any day!

this is my number one go to dispensaries.. they have so much to choose from and the staff is very patient and knowledgeable. even has private exit so you don't exit back out into the traffic of the lobby..

Puddletown is one of the most professional looking dispensaries in Portland and the staff really knows their products. Clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Since the 1st time my husband and I came here, its always been a happy relaxed placed to come to. They are always happy to explain or give more information on the products. I enjoy coming here and will continue to come here. I love their selection of candies. :-)
