The meds are okay. For not all being lab tested the 1/8s are a bit over priced for what is mid grade in more lavish collectives. Over time PLPC has declined. At one time this was the only place I would spend my money. Some of the newer staff is Rude. The new manager Sheik(sp) is one of the rudest people in the building. The Vibe sucks when he is in the bud bar. I have witnessed hin be an Asshole to people, he acts like he is the Owner, and we all know he aint. Also the chick who budtends with short hair is always screwing up. Under weighing 1/8's, forgetting an edible yet charging for it, shorting on change, things like that. Oh and the last meds I got where real wheezy yet they cost like 17 a gram. Like a PP said very dry sometimes. One positive not I can say is the owner is a friendly and kind man. He always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to greet his consumer base. If only his new manager was the same. The ladies at the front desk are good. Jackie is great, so are the other girls. The guy with the nice eyes always is very courteous he is the door guy I think, so are the budtenders with who always wear hats one is Mexica and the Other is White (i think). PLPC was a great spot when Matt, Pop, and the first bud tender ran it. It was the place when TJ, Sean, Nico and all that crew worked there. Everything was always on point, the prices were hella cool and the Management was not rude

Great service

This used to be my favorite dispensary last year but lately Ive been shopping around looking for a new club. The but tenders they used to have were way better they used to hook it up way fatter and were more likeable with better customer service and knowledge. The but tenders they have now are weak the only good thing about this place in comparison to most is they still do exchanges if you dont like theyre flowers and prices are decent

Until today I had totally abandoned every other dispensary in the Bay Area! I usually visit "The Lotus" 4 times a week because of the deals gifts and the freshness of the flowers.....EVERYTHING IS CHANGING...once upon a time Scott would greet you in line and let you smell flowers, if supported on Social Media and bought gear you were rewarded for your support, you could view and smell everything inside these air tight jars which I thought to be the absolute best way to keep bud. Now EVERYTHING is pre packed in these wack zip locks that won't keep an artificial flower fresh! Sadly my favorite spot has now stepped off the 1st place block and is content with standing side by side with everyone else! It's now becoming just another place to buy bud oh yeah and every now and then a B list star will slide thru which probably explains most of this....commercial sh!t will always take the soul out of everything!!! Probably will just drop in on Wednesday to get a OZ special or Friday to get and egg roll 🙁

PLPC is great. There's a reason people going back. Hands down the friendliest customer service I've received (time and time again) in a long time. I have to admit that the area is a little cramped, but service is so quick and easy that it's rarely jam packed. I would highly recommend PLPC to a friend.

Great customer service, Very professional, yet laid back. This is one of the biggest clubs i have been to, And its set up perfectly,, The complex is in a safe industrial park , and talk about discreet.. This place is by far one of the best clubs in San Jose. They no how to treat Patients..

I have been commited to this club for over a year, the atmosphere and customer service are high quality along with the strains, there is a price range for any budget. If you come in with the right attitude and actual valid prescription, they will take care of you just fine.

Purple Lotus was the first dispensary I went to and now the only one. This place has the nicest staff, from reception to greeters to bud tenders. The quality of flowers is unparalleled, and the variety and choice of flowers is 2nd to none. Daily deals + repeat customer perks makes this place the place to go for reliable medicine.

It's like a bank, just for cannabis.

I've been going to this place since the open back a couple of years. The location and meds is why I keep coming back. People are nice and most times you can go in and out. Only thing i don't like is they always go to the point sometimes a bit lower. I just feel as if at times they hook people up they know i just wish they would hook me up ive seen many people work at this place thats how long ive gone there and they still dont know me WTF! ha but other than that i love this place.

Lotus is coo place. With some coo med. Some time good meds and Outher times not so good. It just depends on the time of day u go in their. Earelyer the better. Lotus use to be the best.

purple lotus has a friendly atmosphere with nice workers that help you out. the price of the bud is fair. i like how purple lotus closes at 10!
