They treat you like you're family and are very efficient and knowledgable and they are more than willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers have a more than satisfactory experience with them.
I bought a cartridge the night before from bold that did not even work so I came back today and I was two minutes late from them closing early and they were still taking customers and I was trying to explain to the lady at the door that I just invited to make an exchange not a purchase and she close the door in my face midsentence. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the past year and a half since I’ve gotten my card and because of how they treated me today I won’t spend another dime here.
I’ve been to many dispensary’s and Purspirit has all the bases covered from cleanliness to a caring staff to great product and prices. And now an app for ordering product. Nice
Love the "easy in, easy out" nature. folks are very friendly. I only wish they would put everything they have online. This way I know what I need when I go in and I can get out quick. Especially in this time of pandemic.
I have been coming to this Dispensary since I got my card and that was right after they opened. we all know each other by first name. they are very nice, and very knowledgeable. would definitely recommend!! Way To Go PÜRSPIRIT!!
Have been going here since they opened. It's only gotten better. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wonderfully clean store. Folks here are helpful, patient, and informative. Highly recommend!

Ben and his crew went beyond the extra mile for me. I had an extremely invasive and painful surgery that was supposed to be a simple procedure. The pain is terrible. I ordered from the website for delivery but ended up getting trapped at the hospital. He worked with me through all of that. But what's more and what is so profound is that he decided to come out on Sunday morning... Sunday morning to give me my medicine so I can continue the mend. I'm loyal to Purspirit from now on simply because they truly care about the patient and it shows!
I have been using dispensaries since they became illegal in 2013. I have been messing around in the professional cannabis game for about 27 years now. If you want a ridiculously good quality dispensary that treats their customers right and doesn't gouge them, you need to come to this dispensary. The staff has incredible knowledge about the plant and its products. I don't really suggest any other dispensary in Northwest Arkansas. They have an incredible ability to take care of their I highly suggest using purspirit cannabis dispensary.
Hey, I wanted to ‘thank you’ for yesterday! I.e. 420 💨💨… You had great deals; plus you had the $2 shirts, contributing the sales to a local charity. The manager came out with a huge ‘hello’ and then welcomed us to the 420 sales. Those bargains helped my health; I was fortunate to stock up , so to be a month ahead on my medication. I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am; and again, thank you!
I don’t even go anywhere else anymore. The store is very nice, staff are always friendly and helpful. Bud tenders are great. They are able to get people in fast and out fast.
Love this store and the folks that run it. Been going here since day one and never needed to look elsewhere for top quality product and service. In fact I just re-upped today. And can I just say this Blueberry Clementine...Oh.My.Holy....it's very effective....again...GREAT place.
