Reef Dispensaries - Sun Valley (REC)

Been going here since before Rec. and Reef doesn't give a rats ass about medical patients anymore. Wouldn't recommend for medical purposes.

Was in and out in less than 5 minutes on a Friday evening. Was looking at probably a half hour wait being around 10th in line. A budtender asked if anyone knew what they wanted, luckily I did (three pre rolls of green crack... HIGHly😉 recommended) and was out of there a few minutes later.

Good location, fast, clean, knowledgeable. And a senior discount.

the people at the counter are really nice and introduce themselves have good knowledge. The only thing is i have been there 4 or 5 times and the last 2 times they didnt have something i wanted. But i will keep trying they are worth it

So bummed i feel like they were just trying to clear there old garbage flower wanted the mango burger she comes back with mtf instead said they were out of the mango burger so she went with the next best and its 28 % she said so i just went with it and being medical im shocked it is garbage and the mist she talked me into is empty cause we cant get anything to spray or mist at all they straight burned me i feel. And its not the first time anything they have reccomended has been garbage except the animal cookies that was good but thats a messed up thing to do says theres 100 sprays and we cant get 1 from thae mist spray they talked me into cause its empty. Not impressed we will see if they do anything to fix the problem but it seems doubtful but im hopeful they care about medical customers and do something to make up for it might have been a honest mistake rather then a intentional rip off we will see what happens throw some shirts our way or something but do something to make it right you got almost a hundred bucks for garbage flower and a empty spray mist tropical punch flavor really unhappy you would do any customer like that but even worse you would do a med customer that way that depend on quality product so make it right would you but there are way better shops that i know of here in reno but still hope they do some thing to make it right fingers crossed

Best place ever don't ever want to go anywhere else people there everybody should go there

Juliza was super helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed and the biggest bang for my buck. She's great. I love this place. Would definitely recommend.

I love going to Reef! The business is good, they have sweet deals. Juliza took care of what I needed to purchase and she was very nice and has great people skills I give her a 5 star without a doubt! She was awesome

Great atmosphere! Enjoyed my experience from the moment I walked in until the second I left. Quick, easy and convenient. Young lady Jessica at the front checked my ID right away due to there being zero line and got me right in. Both budtenders were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was personally helped by a tall guy with long hair who I would definitely recommend chatting with. I picked up an eighth of XJ-13, SFV OG and a pre roll of StarDawg and I am very satisfied with all three. Great prices and variety on top of all of that! Do yourself a favor and check Reef out in Sun Valley, you won't be disappointed.

We visited here twice and both times were great. Manager talked to us for awhile and she was really wonderful and helpful.

The staff here are always very friendly and informative! I have yet to have a negative experience and I look forward to every visit

MY fav in the North! Ive been to this Dispensary 2x, and will be going again today! they are friendly, convenient & knowledgable! I was juiced at their selction and thwt they had my most loved strain when no one else did! they have great deals abd can mix & match!! #ThanxReef

Reef bud tenders are very knowledgeable and educational. Everyone is friendly from security to management. I have shared reef with others.

First time visitor to Reno and to Reef, left very satisfied and impressed at the product quality, not to mention the knowledgeable friendly conversation I shared with the staff. I love this place! I'm so happy to have found a place that is open late enough for me to go after work. and seein' Amanda A. is always a treat. she is absolutely adorable and sweet. but most of all knowledgeable, especially for someone who is comin' from the "old school days" and havin' to learn all the new stuff.
