Pricing and Customer Service was amazing.

I’ve been to Refinery three times now. I just moved here from a non legal state so it’s still a relatively new experience when I come to pick up. The first time I went everyone was very helpful and nice. I came to pick up some cartridges and had some question which the bud tender was helpful with his knowledge. He welcomed me to Portland and I checked out and I was very satisfied with the product I picked up. I went to a different store for the next pickup and had not nearly as good as an experience so I decided to come back to Refinery. Again, very friendly service and good product. I’m only temporarily staying on the north side and will be south west side soon so I’m hoping there’s a Refinery down there, otherwise looks like I’m gonna have to commute to this awesome shop! 10/10 would recommend it here.

Budtender was awesome, owner was a creepy voyeur watching employees every move from the back and coming out to scald them. Maybe focus on updating your menu, I came all the way from Troutdale on the bus for something you didn’t even have in stock

The experience at the refinery is unlike any other in Portland. I usually have James help and he's an excellent budtender. Always recommends exactly what I'm in the mood for.

I’ve lived in Portland for the past 4 years and this is hands down the best dispensary I’ve been to! I’ve been back several times. James is super knowledgeable and always attentive.

This seemed like a cool shop. I liked the layout and it was easy to navigate their selection. If you're a recreational shopper, this might be a decent stop. I think the vibe the budtender was trying to cultivate was one of friendly snarkiness, but it really came off as dismissive. Probably some of the worst customer service I've had in about a year. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this place if you're a medical customer or are hearing impaired. I'll probably try this spot again and see how it goes.

Courtney got me the best deal I had in a while. And was very sweet and attentive. Great customer service and team work with Marquise.
