They had posted a special on here for 5 cartridges for $90 and when I called to see if they have them in stock they said it was a one-day-only sale even though the deal had not expired yet. If you're going to offer a deal then honor it until the expiration date and don't say that you were only doing it for one day because you were in a price War. If that's the case then only have the deal from one day because driving 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to you and then finding out that the deal is not valid is extremely frustrating and I would have been livid if I had not called first. I had a zillion options an hour away in Lansing I could have gone to but I chose that one because of that deal and they would not honor it. So they have permanently lost my business and the business from everybody else that were going with me to get their items.

Great Service, Kindness & Spoiling w/ gifts. DJ was not only understanding but made me feel welcome, as did serveral others. First time gifts were outstanding & 4x received in Lansing. Additionally, DJ was informative & even kind to my nervous rambling. Amazing selection. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you, I will be coming back!

I love the slutty brownies i bought 2 of them when i got home and opened them upthey were poorly packaged and were very stale. So disappointed they are basically too hard to eat👎👎👎👎

Some of the Best Prices and Best Quality in Baycity. Their deals on quality concentrates can't be beat. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Wasted a trip to Roots. Got to the store and was informed they had nothing for sale for rec users and didn't know when they would again.... Weird when rec sales were fine days earlier.
