I disliked that I was not charged the correct price for my medication the last 3 consecutive weeks. The staff is very nice, it would be the perfect place to go if they would tighten up.

Web Page and search function are useless. Does not indicate if item searched for is available or not. Just says nothing, and that communicates nothing. Cannot trust search to find varieties that match the chosen filters. Phone call gets an intro of who you are, address, hours...bla bal...Takes forever to get to sales person. VERY POOR DESIGN that lacks all awareness of customer priorities. Once you reach a sales person, they will really try to help you, so the people in the store are working to please, but the technical framework is among the worst examples of online stores.

Remedy has been my go to dispensary for 2 years. Although I have only been inside 2x due to the pandemic, their curbside system is fantastic. All the bud-tenders are very knowledgeable and can assist with finding the right product for your needs. I come here about 2x a week on average and I’m always pleased. It’s an added bonus that the staff can identify my car upon arrival and that they extended their ours to 10pm. If you’re looking for a great dispensary that is low-key, tons of variety, great prices and discounts, friendly atmosphere, then this is it! -CG

This is the fourth Maryland dispensary I’ve been to and it just may be my fav. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice, even other customers. I will definitely frequent Remedy Columbia again!

I was so, happy with my free Boundless Terp Pen that I figured it would make a great gift but, I couldn't find it on the menu. So, I called and spoke with a awesome young lady who went and checked if they for sure still had one. I'm upset that my memory is so bad that I can't remember her name. By then time I got made it up there I decided that I would get 2 if they had them and they did! So, that's two more of my list! Thanks, Remedy!
