Remedy Tulalip

First time going here and last! Definitely not a good vibe the minute I approached and entered. But the guy who was supposed to be helping me was not at all helpful or friendly, so I asked someone else for their opinion as they seemed confused as to who was helping me too. As soon as I asked a few questions and explained what I was looking for the guy, Cody, made a condescending and very rude comment about how I seem to be asking everyone else and not listening to him. First off he was not helping me. Secondly, I should be able to ask for a second opinion to have a better idea if it’s something I want and as I am spending my money on. Horrible customer service, especially for someone coming in as their first time!! They had a very poor selection as well. I usually go to the PRC and they actually work as a team with a way better vibe, Customer service, and selection! Any shop is better than this one, that I have been to.

This dispensary is a joke. The Tulalip tribes has no accountability with pretty much anything they do. The remedy unfortunately is Tulalip tribes. Located near the super mall, expect to wait in line 10mins. Funny they need 2 Indians at the front door with hand held scanner. Then bring a chair and wait in line. When you finally get to the register brace yourself this is easily the region's most expensive dispensary. The quality of product is ok, but inventory is bleak and picked through. This is another failed business of the Tulalip tribes, and they could care less. The atmosphere boasts of pompous Indians who can do whatever the please. From the front door into your wallet, as you limp back to your vehicle from gouging prices. Try not to loose your sculpt, a frustrating experience awaits at Tulalip Remedy.

I just had a horrible experience at Remedy. As I walked in I saw a group of men standing by the door. One of them asked to see my ID. Another mentioned that I was ID'd because I was white. Then some chuckled. I felt extremely uncomfortable and turned around to walk out. On my way out one of them asked if I was leaving because the line was too long. I never made it to the counter, and I never will............. I found another store close by( 210 by Angel of Winds) and had a great experience.

always give them a chance. first off their product may look good but it's dried out and shorted, also taste stale. I work hard and spend my money on things I want, when I get a bag from here I always regret it. never go here. even gardens I've known to be good or tell me they have deals coming up remedy does not honor thoose deals and keep their prices sky high. 1937 is probably the only stuff I'd buy but they over charge for it, the farm itself tells me they have deals at remedy for their product but unfortunately greed gets the beat and they won't come down from 50-60 an eith... buds garage in Everett 100% better quality and quantity this is from a long time ever day smoker.
