Rev Clinics - Fresh Pond (Medical)

So glad I went here for my first time. I did not know what to expect or what I was going to buy. I was very nervous going into the dispensary for my first time. The manager Jennifer was very kind and patient. She took the time to sit with me and answer all my questions and concerns. She made me feel so welcomed and all the anxiety I felt going in went away after speaking with her. She stayed with me through the whole process. I cant remember the gentleman who was behind the counter but he was very nice and knowledgeable as well, The people that work there are so happy it’s refreshing to see that, because of the superb customer service I received This will be my go to spot why would I want to go anywhere else?

First time customer. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and got right in with no wait. The facility was clean and well organize. Staff was friendly and walked me through the entire process. Jessica was very knowledgeable and understanding and answered all my questions. I explained what issues I was experiencing and she showed me all the different products and there desired effects. I trusted her recommendation and tried the products at home... She was spot on! I couldn't be happier with the results. Looking forward to many more visits. Thank you!

I agree with Ashjamal! I’ve been saying the same thing! Who wouldn’t be nice to the customers buying bud n getting to talk about it all day lol! Every dispensary is like this. ACS is one of the few with beautifully looking flower that’s cured proper! The Botanist does a good job as well. Just not many terps in their flower. You buy a quarter from them and u get nice big tight mugs opposed to little dried up pieces that don’t require a grinder! What other dispensaries have flower that isn’t so dry, flavorless, barely a smell and taste if any! Rev along w everyone else needs to learn how to cure properly instead of pumping out flower that’s not as good as the black market? The ppl growing on the black market take pride in what they grow! And they don’t have half the set up every dispo has! Really sick of paying these ridiculous mass prices for everything weed related! Compare to the prices in Oregon Washington Colorado and LA! You can get quarters for $25 in Colorado! Start growing better flower before you start losing lots of money🙄😡

I was happy to discover Revolutionary Clinic in Fresh Pond right down the street from my studio. My PCA, Joe showed me the ropes and was very knowledgeable about all the products and was especially helpful pointing out savings and discounts along the way. And best of all, the quality of the products is superior to other dispensaries.

My very first experience with my MMJ went amazing at Rev Clinics because of Gary P! He was extremely helpful and very patient with all of my questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional!

Hopefully their inventory issues will resolve and they will be back to a full menu in the very nearest future. If not for the staff (Gary P and Joe) visiting would be very sad.

Rev is fantastic; it's a vast open space and all the people who work there are super friendly. The thing I love about this place over others is that there is a separate counter to pick up the merch, which saves time for everyone. All the staff is so knowledgable about the products and are always there to answer any questions. Their products are outstanding!!! Joe has helped me three times, and he truly cares​ about the patients! Edibles selection has been a little bare lately, but things are coming back in every day, ​so I check at least once a day!

Great products, the blue dream flower is great. Quality cartridges. Staff was very cool and helpful. Gary P went out of his way to help me. I definitely will be back!

This was my first time to this location recommended by Canna Care. Jasmine and Andrew were excellent in taking the time to explain everything very thoroughly and to answer any and all questions. I felt very respected as a patient and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place. They genuinely care about you and your well-being.

My 2 previous reviews disappeared before I was finished writing. I gave a great review of Gary P, who answered every question and was extremely knowledgeable. I knew very little about new products and methods of use and he explained everything and helped me decide what would be best.

Spent time with Greg B today. He patiently described multiple hardware/device options, and helped me pick one for my needs. The store is great: Point system, referrals, new patient deals, parking, etc.

Today my delivery came and they had issues with their payment software so they left with promises to return tomorrow...I'm a medical patient and was pretty stunned. I've had a decent experience with Rev so far but was a little surprised that the delivery people are issued broken devices at one of the premier cannabis companies in Boston.

My man Joe is the main reason I go in this place a few times a week. Makes it real comfortable and always has a ton of energy. He makes it seem like you’re just grocery shopping or at the pharmacy. A very friendly and down to earth guy. Remembers my name too before I even hand him my card. They usually have the strains I like too which is good like Bruce and sour D. I like it much more than the two in Harvard square and one in newton.

I had been using a dispensary in lowell For years once it went recreational went downhill. wish I had found this place years ago the service was outstanding the respect that they gave me as a veteran was beyond respect For any Veteran looking for a new dispensary or wanting to try something new this is it The quality of the flower is outstanding and Online ordering system is up and available every time you want to use it unlike other places

Gary P. helped me learn how to clean my Puffco vape pen. Very attentive!

Great place. been here twice now, and both Jessica and Gary had awesome advice and first hand knowledge which is helpful. Also got great info from Dan in fulfillment about my e-nail

I really want to like this place. Super nice staff, very cool setup inside, but three things keep me from recommending it. 1.) The first three strains I requested off the menu were in fact out of stock. Not a big deal, but pretty weird to have a super modern store with tons of expensive displays and artwork but no reliable inventory tracking. 2.) The strain the budtender recommended, based off of the flavor profile and effects I was looking for, is the polar opposite of what I wanted (both in terms of terps and type of high). 3.) The flower is SO dry that it literally turns to dust when I touch it. Minimal flavor, and had to rip about 2 full grams to get to a happy place.

Had a fantastic visit here last night and got to be the first Leafly pick up order. Super nice, helpful group of people here with so great products!!
