Rev Clinics - Fresh Pond (Medical)

This place is beyond fantastic! The staff are all super kind, knowledgeable, and so patient. I've been smoking since the 70's and frankly I'm not so hip to all the new jargon. Every revolutionary clinics employee took the time to talk through all my questions. Kudos to Andrew at the front desk, he checked my friend and I in for the first time and was like a freakin' professional Disney conductor/character! Even with a line out check-in door he answered every question of ours with a smile and kept everyone moving through the line. That first time patient deal is WICKED AWESOME. Seriously, check this place out.

Great place and amazing people who work at this dispensary. Everyone is knowledgeable. Always a positive experience. Customer service is outstanding. I would like to thank Joe and Jaimie. They were able to assist me with exactly what I looking for. They were super nice, patient, attentive and polite. I would highly recommend this place.

Rev Clinics is my new favorite dispensary from all the others in the area. The atmosphere and aesthetics are visually pleasing and they have the best bud tenders around, especially Gary, he always helps me find exactly the product I'm looking for. I haven't had a chance to attend any of their events, but I think it's really cool they have them and look forward to going to one in the near future.

I completely forgot to mention the website on my very first review. It explains effects, unlike other site that say the Strain and $ and maybe the thc %. Rev Clinics tells it all...Can't tell I like it...just a little...

I recently went to Rev for the second time. I was in the area and decided to stop in. Due to this I did not have an appointment so I had to visit a different area in their garage (the walk in area). Having only ever been to the dispensary when it first opened I was interested in seeing what products they had on hand. The garage area has a no cell phone policy and no menus! When I was being served the attendant gruffly asked me what I want and did not offer any help as I frantically looked for a menu. Fortunately I had looked a few days ago and tried to order from memory. Overall a less than enjoyable experience this time around.

Rev has hit the boxes every. single. time. I don't like to guess with my medicine. I need consistency, precise dosage, knowledgeable consultation, serious product handlers, and quality. I've been going to Rev in Fresh Pond for almost three years now, and have purchased the Rev Access membership each time I've been eligible. The people are what bring me back again and again. Victoria always speeds me right through, and gives me a heads up of what to look for in the store (and activities to try with my haul!). Syd, Alex, Marcus, Dom, and many others whose names are slipping me right now (seriously, the whole team deserves name recognition) are ready the moment I walk through the door -- they greet me by name and we catch up like old friends while they pull my order. They know my preferences even better than I do at this point, so they're quick to recommend killer products (like the I Am Edible 2:1 CBD:THC gummies which I wouldn't have otherwise tried, or the Donkey Butter live resin cart that helped me hush my insomnia). I usually take my time at the counter, but even with my random add-ons, the backend team is ready and ahead of the game. I walk ten feet to the pickup counter -- where I'm always greeted by someone who takes the job seriously, whether it's Glen, or the dude with the killer goatee, and others. I love love love going here, and I would recommend this not just to veteran patients, but newcomers alike. Whether you want your own favorites or you need a guide, they'll take care of you. (Also shoutout to the delivery crew -- Boston is insane with unpredictable traffic, and their deliveries are sourced from ONE location...yet they somehow still manage to get to me relatively close to the estimate, with text updates. To those who complained about delivery sometimes being an hour late...........it's Boston, ya silly goose! If your weed is late, you should have planned ahead. These are controlled substances that take time to prepare AND deliver, not burgers lmao )

I got the opportunity to work with Nick at Fresh Pond and he was so kind, patient, friendly, and informative.

So I know this isn't technically a first hand experience however I felt the need to leave a review anyway. Today my sister received a delivery from Mike F and Robbie. Mike came to the door and helped my sister and I asked if I could ask some questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed me a doctors office on his phone where I could get myself a medical card and he helped give me tips on products that will help me with my chrones as I get pains when I have flair ups. I have been very hesitant even though my sister has pushed me to get a medical card because I don't really have any experience with Marijuana use. This man Mike put me at ease and gave me a ton of tips with keeping in mind my medical condition I have. I honestly can't wait to get a card and order up. This wasn't even a delivery for me but I was with Erin and he still made sure that we were well informed. I've been getting my products through Rev Clinics for years and always have a great experience. I was helped today by Tina, Alex, and Dom, just three of their amazing staff. Their delivery team is great too, and with their Rev access program I earn points and always get free delivery!

I love this dispensary so much. Every single delivery I have had is awesome. The people handling the deliveries are kind, efficient, and quick to help you use your discounts. I'm a socially awkward idiot and didn't get the name of my delivery people today, but I want to say an extra Thank you! I have a disability and often need to walk with a cane, and these guys never make me feel bad for it, and they are always quick to help when I need it. When it comes to the flower - it is hard to find ANYTHING in the Lowell area to match it! Quality stuff. Quality staff. Quality place.
