I love this location. Greg, Gary, and Joe are the best! They’re all knowledgeable and helpful, yet super chill. The slurpy terp and high mg gummies are awesome. Also love the rewards system, and the double point days.

Revolutionary are my favorite clinics in the GBA thus far. They are the most consistent at keeping vape cartridges in stock, and they actually fill them all the way up. The carts had hardware issues in the early days, but now they work perfectly every time. Great bud - sometimes they get some crazy poent strains in that move fast. When I've had cart issues/tiny order goofs in the past, they went above and beyond: not only did they replace the product, but they also refunded me despite the replacement. I most recently bought a bunch of their THC-infused olive oil. Greg B was very helpful with his advice on how to use it. Loving it. Just really impressed with their service and quality of product overall.

I have visited both RevClinic locations and have been pleased with my experiences. Everyone is very welcoming and engaging. Most recently, I was helped by Joe at the Fresh Pond location and I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience all around!

I had a great experience with Jessice in Fresh Pond she helped me understand how to be use and dispense the edibles I'd gotten for my mom, they were out of the capsules that I'd purchased before so I was disappointed but I'll be back!

This place was great. I’ve been to every dispensary in the Boston area and this was among my favorites. Greg was super patient and helpful. I never felt pressured, he asked colleagues for their recommendations and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Their vape cartridges are top notch and the flavor is on point. Their rosin and shatter all tasted great and worked just as Greg said they would. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Greg - very good dude.

Rev Clinics continue to have a great selection of strains and products, and the overall vibe is relaxed. Plus, the staff is amazing: friendly and knowledgable. Joe assisted me on my last visit and was a huge help. They are not the closest dispensary to me, but they are by far my favorite in the area.

This place is absolute TRASH! No communication, show up 10 minutes early with no one in line to get an 1/8 and it wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes. Awful customer service.

Rev has hit the boxes every. single. time. I don't like to guess with my medicine. I need consistency, precise dosage, knowledgeable consultation, serious product handlers, and quality. I've been going to Rev in Fresh Pond for almost three years now, and have purchased the Rev Access membership each time I've been eligible. The people are what bring me back again and again. Victoria always speeds me right through, and gives me a heads up of what to look for in the store (and activities to try with my haul!). Syd, Alex, Marcus, Dom, and many others whose names are slipping me right now (seriously, the whole team deserves name recognition) are ready the moment I walk through the door -- they greet me by name and we catch up like old friends while they pull my order. They know my preferences even better than I do at this point, so they're quick to recommend killer products (like the I Am Edible 2:1 CBD:THC gummies which I wouldn't have otherwise tried, or the Donkey Butter live resin cart that helped me hush my insomnia). I usually take my time at the counter, but even with my random add-ons, the backend team is ready and ahead of the game. I walk ten feet to the pickup counter -- where I'm always greeted by someone who takes the job seriously, whether it's Glen, or the dude with the killer goatee, and others. I love love love going here, and I would recommend this not just to veteran patients, but newcomers alike. Whether you want your own favorites or you need a guide, they'll take care of you. (Also shoutout to the delivery crew -- Boston is insane with unpredictable traffic, and their deliveries are sourced from ONE location...yet they somehow still manage to get to me relatively close to the estimate, with text updates. To those who complained about delivery sometimes being an hour late...........it's Boston, ya silly goose! If your weed is late, you should have planned ahead. These are controlled substances that take time to prepare AND deliver, not burgers lmao )

My fiancé and I went there for the first time last night and it was so easy getting set up as a first time patient. Ty and FeFe were really knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding everything and making sure we got what we needed and wanted. Thank you Revolutions!

Revolutionary Clinics is a great store for a lot fo reasons. They just introduced a recycling incentive, they have loyalty points, a referral program, and a variety of products. My favorite part about going is the staff. In Somerville, Terrence always holds me down and makes sure I’m treated with respect and hospitality. In Cambridge, Gary is seriously the Man. Even before he started working for Rev officially, he always gave me advice about getting the best and most economic use from my medicine. Every time I stop by, Gary comes from behind the counter to greet me and then personally services me, making sure I get my money’s worth and the best remedy for my symptoms. I also love how Rev collaborates with their community partners. TLDR: the staff are happy at Rev, which makes our experience great!

I love this dispensary so much. Every single delivery I have had is awesome. The people handling the deliveries are kind, efficient, and quick to help you use your discounts. I'm a socially awkward idiot and didn't get the name of my delivery people today, but I want to say an extra Thank you! I have a disability and often need to walk with a cane, and these guys never make me feel bad for it, and they are always quick to help when I need it. When it comes to the flower - it is hard to find ANYTHING in the Lowell area to match it! Quality stuff. Quality staff. Quality place.
