My favorite dispensary. Sinead is the best! Always so friendly and helpful.

I really look forward to visiting the location on Broadway (Somerville) due to the most welcoming reception and service of any business in New England. Jill is remarkably patient with me while explaining and recommending many different lines, and makes me feel comfortable and never rushed. Jill is really rather knowledgeable, and I'm always pleased when she's my dispenser. Although Jill is clearly amazing, all of the other folks there are also on their game in making people feel comfortable and welcome. I once visited the location on Mass Ave (Central Square), and once was enough as all three individuals with whom I interacted were seemingly bothered to assist a customer leaving one to wonder if they were even part of the same company. Somerville has everything I could possibly want.

1st time at this location to pick up dead and company tickets that I won and a few pre-rolls!!! I love this place! I was new to the dispensary world and all of it’s products. I was on a steep learning curve and everyone at this dispensary has been welcoming and wonderful at answering my many questions. Props to Suzette who has helped me twice. She is super knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is great!! My first order was through delivery. I ordered $700 worth of items but I didn't realize my bank had a daily $500 limit on debit/atm. It was very embarrassing but Rev's team was very accomodating and patient, they stuck around to help me revise my order. My most recent order was a pick-up. From the moment a rolled up, everyone was so awesome and friendly! The security guy checking IDs was super cool, we had a fun conversation. When I got inside, I was helped by Quis. Quis was just as excited about the items I ordered as I was! His enthusiasm is boundless! He helped me understand the loyalty discounts and other services they offer like their consultations and their art gallery.

My first visit at RevClinics Somerville went swiftly and smoothly. Their front desk attendant, Kevin, was very friendly and patient as he got me registered at the clinic, and the gentlemen who helped me, Savies, was attentive and knowledgeable with alternate recommendations for my particular condition after I had mistaken a different menu on Leafly for RevClinic’s. The space is relaxing and homey and is decorated with Kevin’s expert illustrations, really making the whole location feel dynamic and cool. While this was a small order for me today, I look forward to coming back and continuing to explore my options with medication.

This should be the best dispensary in the state. Only bad thing is they are constantly opening late, closing early, etc. I understand things happen but some people take long rides there. Maybe put an advisory up when you’re not keeping regular hours s. FYI this is the 3rd time it’s happen to me and I am no longer going to frequent. Sucks but my time is valuable.

I'm a regular visitor to Revolutionary Clinics but had been gone for awhile as I healed from surgery. Barb greeted me like old friends and asked how my recovery was going. It's nice to have that level of customer service. Not to mention that I swear every time I'm there, Barb is doing something new from front desk check in to budtender to getting called over by other employees to help with problems. At first I thought she was the manger, but she said "I'm just Cannamom!" Cannamom is truly top notch and so is Revolutionary Clinics. Thank you for making your customers feel valued. You know I'll be back (just get more flower in stock, please).

My favorite place! I was helped by Jen who I am writing this review for because when I say “helped by” I mean actually helped. She was very patient with me and all my question asking and was extremely nice, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jen! Also as a side note, this place definitely has the most quality stuff, especially their actual brand because I’ve gotten other brands from here before and Revs is still the best in my opinion. I’ve also compared a couple of the exact same strains from other dispensaries vs Revs & Revs is by far better quality and usually slightly less expensive!! Incredible! This is pretty much my only dispensary I go to because I also love the points system and rewards they give for new patients and recertification. Very generous!! Thanks!
