I love the hospitality the sellers bring to the table, all the times I've visited they've been nothing but professional on ensuring I know what I'm buying.

I have been in the tropicana location two or three times and the experience was very pleasant . I have ( some ) good experiences with the delivery and I have had some bad experiences with the Tropicana store delivering bad vapor pens that separated from the vapor pen housing where it was suppose to be sealed . I also purchased some Keaf to be delivered to me and when I got iT I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED !!! The staff in the dispensaries are good although I believe every employee and user gives ( Subjective ) opinions regarding their knowledge or lack of knowledge tends to show in the product being explained you kind of get the feeling that the sales person/user of the cannabis product can only testify to the response that different strains produces various different bodily reactions or Biological Chemical Receptor Reaction ( BCRR ) . Good prices and friendly staff

This is by far the best dispensary I have had the pleasure of visiting. Not only do they have a ton of choices but the staff is also knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The representative Drew definitely goes above and beyond to make sure any customers he helps are satisfied and any questions they have are answered. I will be telling all my friends that this is the dispensary to visit. Pro-Tip ask about the loyalty program to get points you can redeem for free stuff.

Long wait times, some staff members are a little condescending. My first couple of visits were nice but has really gone downhill since. There are generally a couple strains here which are very high quality but overall service is disappointing. I definitely feel more welcome elsewhere.

Staff was knowledgeable of product as well as cheerful.

Came in and waited 45 minutes to be seen when literally every person that came in after me were seen. Literally the entire waiting room (which was very hot) including those who were waiting because there weren't any seats left. The rep added something to my order when I was simply asking about it which is an understandable mistake. Additionally, to make things worse, my medicine was incorrectly given to me. I asked for an 1/8th of one strain (sativa) and was given an 1/8th of another strain (indica) but still had the strain information print out for the sativa strain that I asked for. The entire experience was undesireable and inexcusable.

Great location. Probably the coolest Essence of the three. The service was very friendly once I got there but the girl who answered the phone was a little rude and when I asked her if they were on the East or West side of Jones, she literally said "I don't have that information." She had to ask someone but still came back with the wrong answer. Employees should know basic stuff like that.

My review is for the great service provided by Eddie and Danika. They have great reccomendations and make sure you leave with the best for your price bracket.

Last 3 visits weren't my favorite. First I had seen something I liked on the menu, it had been updated about 2 hours before, but when I got there, they were out of the crumble I wanted. The worst is that they tried to make it seem like I was mistaken instead of figuring it out. I settled & didn't like what I got instead. Went on a whim about a week later & for the first time, walked out of a dispensary without buying anything. The last, the intake girls were acting like high schoolers, yelling & carrying on like they didn't know they were working, my budtender was cool though, if not a bit talkative, not to be rude, & I let her talk, but I don't need a rundown of strains, maybe ask what knowledge level the patient is. I tried to grab what I needed & leave as soon as soon as possible, but after waiting 10 mins at the register, I realized they didn't know what one of the accessories I asked for was (they asked for clarity, so it's not because they didn't hear me) employees should know products better, & act better in general, this place just opened & I don't like where it's going. Keep that menu updated!

Lucas was awesome! I love how he is concerned about how it helps your medical issues. He breaks it down and explains how what strain helps what illnesses. I will return!!!!

Love coming here. They have he best prerolls in town and I’m always in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Best on the west

First time here and I LOVED it. The atmosphere is clean and professional. The bud is fantastic. But the service ... down right amazing. Blown away. Jeremy is super knowledgeable and kind. He was patient with me and I ended up getting way more than I was planning on. If you get a chance, ask for Jeremy specifically. He’ll take care of you.

I’ve been going to this dispensary for awhile. Quan had great customer service. He was a great help picking out the different products. Locals and vets get discounts. I won’t go anywhere else.
