If they ever make a small mistake they do more than enough to excuse it. Delivery service is also the best I have had to date, prompt and warm drivers. Thank you guys!!! Visiting from out of state to Las Vegas for a short period of time. I was unsure if I would be able to find a dispensary in this area that matched the quality of product I was receiving at my home state. Not only was the customer service outstanding, the quality of all products purchased was just absolutely amazing. The Kosher Kush strain might be one of the best flowers I've ever smoked. The Essence West dispensary is an awesome location. The line can be long but it's only because they offer great organic vendors such as Green Life Productions or Cannabiotix. I will always give them my business.

MAAAAAAAN LEMME TELL YOU HOW GREAT THIS WAS! First time ever right? I raced over to my normal cannacopia after work and didn’t make it. So I shot over to essence on Trop and happenned to be helped my DEJON AND KEVIN and let me tell you THEY ARE MY GUYS! MY FRIENDS! THE LIGHT OF THE SHOP! They made me feel like this first experience will be an actual memory and not just a run to the shop. They let me smell whatever I wanted, look for however long I needed, and really took the time to know me and what I wanted and I couldn’t appreciate them enough! DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK!!!! 5/5 EXPERIENCE!!

Essence is elegant and provides good meds and great prices. Their delivery service is quick and doesn't break the bank. They provide a large menu with many options to choose from. My only recommendation would be for them to work on keeping the menu up to date if a strain is no longer available. and possibly a rewards program to value returning customers. Thank you Essence!
