I took a wild hare ~ visited for my medical fare on a FRIDAY afternoon. It was busy ... with traffic flowing nicely. Watching the dispensaries here over the summer navigate going recreational ... well, it looks like each one is building their ship while at sea. Essence West is sailing smoothly, has excellent customer traffic system while taking GOOD care of the medical comrades, AND delivering great service to our recreational friends.

Essence consistently has the best products, prices, and service around. My go to shop every time.

I have checked out many dispensaries in the Vegas Valley, Essence is by far the best. It's staffed with friend people. The receptionest Sharmetta is always smiling and fast. Today I had Nate who dialed me in rigjt away and got me out with no pressure. David, Rachel and Jennifer always rock.. My cashier Zulema was awesome, she told me about specials and upcoming goodies while efficiently getting me on my way.

This is my home dispensary! The product is always at a competitive price point and it is always fresh and fantastic. The staff here is also amaze balls! Nothing like being greeted by name before you purchase your cannagoodies! They are like family! The cousins you go take a “walk” with on Thanksgiving if you will... love you essence :)

Had some issues with some of their vape pens, and they were very quick and easy to remedy the situation. Being as they didn't make the pen, I can't fault them for that problem. Customer service is excellent, and they had a good variety of products.

I am new to medical marijuana and had no clue what I needed. The staff was very helpful picking things out for me to try!
