Wow. I have been in person before and it went smoothly and quickly and I only purchased a pre roll so it wasn't too memorable. BUTTTTT tonight I purchased a delivery and it was THE MOST memorable experience. The woman on the phone was helpful and kind and patient. The gentlemen delivering called beforehand to confirm each item for accuracy and price and preemptive navigational questions. They were quick, polite, professional, AND reasonably priced. I was so happily surprised that I'll use their services again and recommend for others to as well.

Amazing location. No doubt both this and the Hendo locations have their customer service focus on overload. Each time I have visited either one, the tremendous treatment that I receive is ridiculously of a close friend vibe. Keep up the hustle!

When this place first opened it was great now it sucks! The menu is awful! They never have the Value shelf and they changed it to a more luxurious theme which yes it means they have more “luxurious prices”. This dispensary has been my go to since they opened but I will be looking for another dispensary and highly recommend everyone else does so as well.

Beautiful Dispensary/Store. The Budtender was a real nice and patient guy who knew the flower product line well. He allowed us to smell multiple strains concurrently to compare types we might end up buying. (Some places only let you smell one jar at a time). Got a local's discount on some nice looking Lemon Meringue strain which turned out to be real good. Prices are decent. Similar to most of the shops in Vegas. A great experience.

Sonja and all of the staff are awesome. They really make us feel welcomed and give so much knowledge about the products they are selling, it’s really refreshing. No more corner street drug deal pick ups. I’m going straight to my local Essence . Shout out to everybody at this location. VEGASTRONG.

Best dispensary in my area. Very friendly staff and new strains all the time. You also get points for purchases which allow you to get free gear. Karla was also very helpful pointing me in the right direction with what strains work for what illnesses. A+ shop.

This is by far the best location or even dispensary I've been to. The flour and edibles are great with amazing prices. The set up looks nice and the people help you find what's best for you at each given time of purchase plus are very friendly. Absolutely love it here.

The only thing that’s is better then this places meds is there amazing staff! There so knowledgeable esp Lucas , Solomon, Gabby , And Michelle! Very rarely do I get a strain that I don’t like! Check out the OBTK or My favorite Kush Mountain if you enjoy a Super heavy Indica!
