Need inventory

The only thing this dispensary needs to lower prices, and increase quality, knowledge and inventory is some competition in Hagerstown. Perhaps one of the best indications they have a local monopoly is that they do bother to post any deals here on Leafly and the “Shop” button on their own website has never worked. I will drive an hour to go somewhere else that tries harder. The main thing going for it is the people seen genuinely nice.

Well, from a outsiders perspective, went into rise today, it was busy, couple people in each line at each teller window. A guy in front of me, very chill lookin fella calmy waits for his products from which he ordered directly from there kios machine. As he was waiting in line he gets into a casual conversation with one of the tellers which he says he was happy with the products he has tried and that he liked extracts and freshly pressed rosin that he was a small home grower with 3 plants which seemed proud enough to pull out his phone and show this one teller. she was like wow they sure are pretty. As that was said one of the other tellers almost instantly butts in there conversation and says "PUT THAT AWAY!" we are not allowed to see any thing like that here. I was in awe that this literally happened in front of me, the guy calmly says wow Why am I not aloud to show your associate a picture on my phone, I have a medical card, thus I am in your store purchasing your products. This lady tells this guy That she can deny him service, that what he did was illegal and that he is should never show or tell any of there employees about this. She goes into telling him that his licenses could get suspended over this, the guy then says look lady I have a licenses, I've showed my doctor several images throughout my entire grow, never once did she state that this was "illegal". So I'm standing in line and I feel instantly defensive. I mean this guy was honestly the nicest person when this happen, He handled it a lot better then I would of, I don't know what you would call this, but this young lady sure made me feel weird instantly. I do not know the name or I would say it, she was very short, which bleach blonde mid length hair, stated she has worked in professional commercial grows and knows all the laws about everything related to anything that deals with marijuana, very bossy personality, you know the type of person that would annoy the shit out of you. This sure gave me a weird vibe about this place after coming here for a few months without any issues, I stumble upon this , so take it for what you want, but if you are a home-grower and you openly talk, really don't care about other peoples opinions but don't want denied service from your one in only local dispensary i would avoid any type of conversations with this individual. needless to say the guy did not tip her a cent. she gave off bad vibe, like one of those that takes there job too serious i guess is one way to put it. thats my take. thanks

I don't know why but I've been a loyal customer of this place for a while. Most likely because I didn't realize I could get free delivery from literally anywhere but here. I've stood out in the rain and snow for this place and still constantly get skipped in line and made to waste my time coming to a closed place that still lets me place orders on top of many other annoying problems. This is all bad enough but I'm constantly given the wrong change or told I didn't put in the right amount only for them to suddenly find it. I cannot say one way or the other if this place is stealing but I've had my change messed up enough times and as well as have seen other customers become absolutely livid with the attendants over change discrepancy. I need my medicine. I walk here or Uber. If I had a rewards point for everytime this place has done something goofy to me I wouldn't even be able to tell you what that will get me because the rewards points redemptions don't display anymore and the attendant acted like I was dumb when I told them it no longer appears. Drive and go anywhere else if you have the ability, and if you are like me and don't drive don't feel stuck with this place, gLeaf has free delivery to Hagerstown which is something MHWC wishes they could offer. Lost a long time customer today.

Great Selection and always helpful with insight on the best medicine for my ailments.

At less than a week old the waiting room and menu have room for improvement with customer suggestions welcomed, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and prices are fair.

Do not advertise 4 lanes. Never seen 4 drive thru lanes open. At least a 20 minute drive thru wait every time

COST to much .Ever sense they started expanding the price has gone to high for me .Cheaper to go else where.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime anything has ever gotten messed up with any of my orders “ this has only happened three times by the way and I caught two of the errors and a staff caught the other “ but with that said they always fixed it and even gave me some free swag once. Thank you to their amazing staff for always helping me out.

Not much of an atmosphere because it is a drive thru because of covid. overall this is a good spot. Only issue I've had is them changing their awesome rewards program. I understand from a business perspective that it was foolish not to change it but that didn't make me feel any better.

I was a new patient so I pulled in to the drive thru area and waiting for about 20-30 minutes once I got to the “window” I went through the process of checking off some paperwork that is unnecessary but okay I get the dispensary doesn’t want the be liable and what not. Anyway I fill out the paperwork then you basically set up an account on your mobile device and make and order to show you how to do it the next time and then they fill your order and you get a new patient discount and they have discounts everyday so it is pretty cool. The price are high on some things, but that’s all medicinal marijuana. The deals are nice. Over all nice experience and I would go back. I would note that if you don’t have a mobile device with data this dispensary is going to be difficult and the website was very confusing at first.

The most poorly run private business I've ever been in. At first I thought it was understaffed but then I realized there were employees everywhere. Scattered about all doing not much. This was while 3 out of 18 registers were open and a line 40 people deep. Some of the cashiers also take mini breaks where they just chill for 3-5 minutes at the station after a transaction. They do this all whole staring at the line of customers. As far as the product, of course I plug in my order and they didn't have one item in stock. Read the other reviews, and you'll see this is commonplace too. So they can't handle the customer experience, and they can't handle inventory either. The director of operations for this place is failing miserably. I waited my whole life for legality in Maryland and my first experience was awful because of incompetent management...... Just get people through faster. How hard is that to do?

People there are mostly nice but there are some issues. Monopoly in the area so very high prices. Biggest issue is that they constantly don't honor online prices even thought the order has been placed already. You get there and they tell you it's more because "reasons". They also fake their reviews on iheartjane. Every day there will be 1 user that will leave five or six 5-star reviews. No one makes 5 or 6 orders a day. They're faking orders so they can leave fake reviews to pump up their score. Leafy's score is more realistic IF you can get them to honor the price they charge you online.

It's a solid place to buy legal cannabis. I think the costs are fair, but I smoke in moderation, so an 8th goes a long way for me. It can get busy on the weekends. It's looks ok inside... more function than form. Nothing like the shops in 🇨🇦 where you can legally buy almost anywhere but give the state time. more competition will help with the common complaints in reviews.
