RISE Dispensaries Monroeville

DO NOT buy flower here!! My husband got 2 vapes and a quarter of flower. Opened the jar when he got home and it was empty! Called Rise and was told to bring the receipt and come up. He drove 35 mins to be told he has to email the company(Kind). Why wasn't he told that on the phone instead having him drive the whole way up there?? The manger did nothing except for basically accusing my husband of lying because the jar was open. How else would he have known it was empty without opening the jar?!? Extremely poor customer service. Will never go there again and will definitely let others know of this experience.

My favorite dispensary. Easily order online, almost never have to wait when you get there. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to answer questions. They give a discount for patients on Medicaid or similar. So pleased they opened in Monroeville.

The workers are great. The marijuana is great. The reward system is great just wish there was one closer to me.

Loved the huge assortment of good products. Staff and security are very friendly too. I’m in and out in minutes. Website is accurate. You order it? It’s there waiting for you. No excuses or sob stories about how they don’t have what you ordered. No long lines (yet). My new go to dispensary. Now taken over as the BESTdispensary in area IMHO. Other place is good but it’s changed. The clientele can be rude and frightening. One guard let’s some people not mask up if they complain enough. That’s not good.

Super easy with the online ordering. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes. Inside is a calm, quiet environment. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Can't wait for their selection to be expanded.

I have been to this Rise location twice now and both times I have been completely blown away by how professional and kind the employees are. Any question you could have is answered in an easy to understand way. The location itself is clean and modern. All staff had on masks (wearing them correctly!!!) and there were bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere for customers and staff to use. I love their online ordering through Jane and the reservation system. It seems that might be how they are managing traffic flow as I have never had to wait when going there. It is absolutely wonderful. Prices are on par with other dispensaries in the area, but Rise comes out on top with their fantastic storefront, friendly staff, AND a rewards program. Keep up the good work!!

stopped buying at this dispensary, issue's related to Not honoring of sale prices

every employee i’ve come across here is very friendly, a good conversationalist, and gives excellent product recommendations. i most likely won't be stepping foot in any other dispensary but this one
