RISE Dispensaries Orange - MED

Ok well I wanted to throw up some truths good and bad for those who may find it useful save some time and money also The place it self amazing. It is nicer than most doctors offices. The level of professionals. the place beautiful, clean, calm, safe, it has major positive vibe and a great energy throughout the main lobby. you then enter a back room which you are buzzed into. again very professional. OK walk in you are immediately met by nice people and big helpful smiles. Everyone is helpful kind and good people. Some of the staff is more knowledgeable than others. The one thing i wish was they all knew a bit more about their products. While they do have basic simple knowledge once you get the names of the coded bud you can navigate to what u like with generalizations from the staff. One huge pain in the ass is the names which are coded but thanks to this awesome place you can find your strains here on leafly from the coded names at the dispensary. It seems they use about three major growers which are in my opinion good but ok for a dispensary i was expecting a bit more. The place is beautiful but the product none is speaking on or has realized that these percentages are most definitely not even close to true. Also weigh out your bud it has been off several times and at those insanely high prices things should be on point to the dot. How are you going to overcharge and then short the bud. Eights at 3.1 3.2 all low some lower. Also check you pen products dude these things have been faulty multiple times i had one brand new not even hit i had to return right away. Also the sizes for sale are horrible a full gram of decent wax is over 100 the prices are horrible which pisses me off because the product is not what is being said. I wonder if there is a way to test some of this stuff. They are claim shatter concentrate at 90 percent litteraly i dab it on the rig and im like not that lifted at all. They are claim bud in 30% that does not meet that Numbers The average kind bud in street right this second gets you lifted absolutly and this stuff 15-25 % IF THAT so what does this say about the 30%.. Has anyone else noticed that the weights are off and the products are low quanity way over priced and faulty even. Oral spray 55$ less than 20 sprays. wtf.] I dont know man I just want to let people know of my experiences thats all and see if anyone else has noticed. I mean the place beautiful people nice except the chick at front desk she is ok sometimes moody working there cmon lol. but prices like that cmon guys step it up and give discounts and rewards man people are spending an arm and a leg in there some people barley getting there medicine. Kind feels more like the MAN running it pure machine. cause its taking doe and slimming every angle posible u feel me. I will update in a little its new so maybe they get better growers n real deal product the bud hgigh last 30 mins on all most like

Since my first visit at, Southern CT Wellness & Healing, it has been a pleasant one. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Their times and days are very fair going from Monday-Saturday. The dispensary itself is one of a kind in Connecticut if not the East Coast. The waiting room is very professional, with various pictures of nature and artwork (making the room very relaxing) while you sit and pick from your menu. And if you have any questions the staff is happily willing to help and make getting your medicine as comfortable as possible. Southern CT Wellness & Healing

Fantastic.. Liz at the desk is such an upbeat, uplifting welcome as you are buzzed through the door. The waiting room is very relaxing and the pharmacy staff are amazingly helpful and informative.

For a first timer I really don’t know how to judge or gauge the facility but was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and (mostly) friendly staff.

Clinic is clean, calm and professional. The pharmacy and consulting team are informative and friendly. The experience can be seen as a wellness clinic and a pharmacy: a great combination.

First dispensary I’ve ever been to, so I was initially very anxious prior to first visit. Turns out, everybody there so far are non-judge-mental, and help with any questions. Area is clean and has a nice, smooth atmosphere. 9/10 (always room for improvements ;] )

This was my first experience with a dispensary ever and I was really anxious and overwhelmed going in. The staff and pharmacist were incredibly knowledgeable, non judgmental and helpful in filling my cart and educating me about the different strains, etc. They also had a great, safe system for socially distant ordering and pickup.

I am such a huge fan of this dispensary. Even though it's my first one and have nothing to compare it to, I know I don't need to look elsewhere. Anytime I have had a question, I have received phenomenal customer service. They answer questions about product, help instruct me on new products and recommendations are on point. Their online ordering system is easy and checkout in the store is quick. Loyal customer right here!

I love everything about this place so far. I am super super picky about everything and have been a die-hard mj nerd girl since 1985. I just started frequenting this lovely establishment. I think they're great so far. It's just a really nice place you think is little but after check-in a door opens into an inviting waiting area obeying all the pandemic guidelines wonderfully, social distancing no problem. I'm from MA, lived in CO and I've been to many very nice recreational and medical dispensaries, this place is up there in my experience. The people working there are all so nice and what makes it great. They work smart and hard and are super friendly and considerate...all things you want in people in general lol. It's a very well-oiled machine and these guys are professionals. Different strains help different strokes and they have a nice variety so far. I know the grow and so far the plants I've tried from here are pretty awesome. Some dry out and some are perfectly cured, which is par wherever you go. I am looking forward to the Talligen. I recently tried my first Loolica roll and Gwyniva bowl and just wow. Very nice and I feel so much better. Loving it. Two thumbs up!!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable but can be expensive. The website is wonderful for finding deals. The dispensary will run discounts on occasion making it wonderful to stock up. Clean, organized and inviting

Yes I understand that your company has been aquired by Rise however please do not turn southern ct wellness into what they have done to BLUEPOINT and whatever else they get . I have been a customer since opening day and would hate to lose the familiarity and comfort and happiness these people bring to my especially daily life .

Very professional establishment with an excellent staff. I have no complaints about the dispensary, but I wish there were more growers in the state to increase inventory and lower prices.
