RISE Dispensaries Joliet on Rock Creek (Adult Use)

I am new to all of this and they made me feel right at home. They didn’t look at me like I was crazy when I asked “stupid” questions. Can’t say enough good things about everyone there!

I absolutely love everyone here, workers and patients alike- great service/help/recommendations. In the waiting room we’ve had talks about music, movies, and the greatest for what strains. So glad this is my dispensary

Andi and Nasaya were so patient with me when I visited for the very first time. While standing outside in the bitter cold they explained the process to me and then listened to me about my pain issue. They made a couple of suggestions and then typed up a personal note on directions to use the products. I’m so very happy with my first experience and will be back.

It’s a bit confusing at first because if you’re like me and have zero knowledge on marijuana it’s a lot to take in. A lot to learn. Staff at 3C have been understanding, informative and patient in helping me learn the ropes.

Been a medical patient for more then 3 years now at 3c Joliet. Called them today and said I couldn’t order anything until tomorrow and last time this happened I ended up having a seizure because I didn’t have my medicine and couldn’t order. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to me again today because they won’t serve me there. Don’t use this dispensary I recommend going to a different dispensary that actually cares about there medical patients. THE WORST DISPENSARY EVER SINCE COVID-19 HIT.

Owen was super knowledgeable with the products and explained the differences very well. I felt very comfortable talking to him and had an awesome experience!

Frequent specials in every category. Friendly and compassionate staff. Good loyalty program. 3 to 5 budtenders means, generally shorter waiting times.

Quality selection that changes daily. Ample parking with a very small walk to the door. Lots of different kinds of seating inside so very patient friendly. Employees were kind and educated from the first visit. I recently had a really terrible pain day and no caregiver available. The whole team went above and beyond to not only get me out of there quickly, but make me feel at ease during an uncomfortable situation. Plus they called to check on me the next day. My dispensary for life.

This dispensary felt like I was in a lush at the mall! Such lovely staff with fun personalities and all the products were beautifully displayed. I might even buy some of their merch next time!

Have only gone a couple times! Went a week or so ago and I Always loved the location and Alyssa was super nice and knowledgeable! Will be coming back!

Love, love, love the staff. Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The only downside is the quality is not as good as the State of Colorado, Nevada, or California but atleast its now available in Illinois. The location is small and disappointed that none of the items are on displayed like other states..
