Everyone is so friendly, they take their time with each client so they will make sure what you get is going to help you shop for what is going to help you the best. Also if you're new or even a standing client, they take time to explain what the differences are and what terpines are and exposing what they do. I would recommend Ritual to anyone including family and friends!!

We’re all making adjustments with this virus out there, and Ritual seems to be taking it in stride while keeping employees and patients safe, and still dispensing affordable, quality medicine. Location might be too far afield for some. Discounts are generous, especially for veterans (22%!!!).

I am loving Ritual. I literally place my order, leave my house to get cash, and get the text my order is ready. They have my order ready before I am! Keep it up guys and Thank you for curbside delivery.

My bud tender today was so awesome! Not only was she excellent in her knowledge and communicating what terps were in the bud I was looking at but she also went above and beyond kicking in two dollars I was short for what I had attempted to purchase. I was astonished and incredibly grateful! Ritual has some amazing deals and amazing faculty! Thanks again!
multiple times they offer a good sale price on a flower or vape pen that they tell me they won't list unless the have at least four of minimum .we get there 20 minutes later and mysteriously they don't have the item but offer you something else for more money and maybe less THC. it's called bait and switch and if it ever happens again i will be more than happy to contact the Maryland States Attorneys office consumer protection division to report it !
I went to Ritual for the first time last week, the security guard there was very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to me he is a peice of crap. He needs to be retained in his customer service skills because he has none. He will make them lose customers.
