I did a tour of every dispensary from Ashland to Gold Hill and this place left me pleasantly surprised. After looking at their selection on the Leafly app and the location, I imagined a small hole in the wall operation with nothing to write home about. This was absolutely wrong. The location isn't my favorite. Any day I have to drive down highway 62 is generally a bad day. They share a small gravel lot with a local taxidermist, and that's probably the worst thing I can say about them. Inside you are greeted with a very comfortable waiting room, like a small luxury hotel, and friendly laid back (but not unprofessional) staff will take your information and guide you back to the sales floor. The selection is kind of small, but its easier to flick past strains on the app than it is to look at them in jars. The staff behind the counter are really kind and know their product line well. I was told staff are given free grams to encourage their knowledge of the product line which I like a lot. On the counter they have a lighted magnifying glass which makes assessing the quality of their product much easier. Everything was clean and well presented. I would call them the "Little Engine That Could" of local dispensaries.

Great, clean and professional. Helped answer lots of questions and got us what we needed. Would 100% go here again and recommend this spot! And it's cool to be able to see into their greenhouse.

the front lobby is huge but then such a small area to buy in felt a little cramped at the time I went they only had two types of pre rolls and the tax was not included in the price so it got kind of expensive quick the gram I bought was pre weighed had stems and small buds the pre roll had stems poking holes in it the people where nice and helpful but the stems and prices are what I don't like

Really a nice little set up. Has the vibe of being a storefront that was thrown up quickly. The lobby is very professional but rarely sees use. The show floor is quite small but I've never been cramped and the staff is top notch. Being just up the road from my work makes it a great pit stop on payday. Prices are pretty steep though, unfortunately.

I had just came in and the woman on register 3, with dark brown hair half up half down was extremely rude. I was buying an array of products, hoping to really stock up. However, throughout the whole transaction she was constantly talking to other people, would get annoyed if I asked a question about price or strains available. I had to point and ask about products, which she rudely would tell me to stay behind the line for social distancing. Which I understand and I did my best to stay behind the line but I wouldn’t have to lean and point if you just did your job. My mother who was with me, felt uncomfortable by her behavior and her grunting and groaning anytime she asked a question, left the shop halfway through the transaction. At the end of the transaction she was blatantly taking about customers, not just myself but others in the store to her coworkers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time your employees act as if they could care less about actually helping you find the product you want.

I'm in here all the time! love this place, it's my go-to for flower. I've sent others there as well. Dig the rewards program..

Rvc is the only spot to go, I've tried the other stores around town and this is the one, buds are great people are nice and know what's good instead of just acting like it. Also they sell beans now which is nice saves a bunch of headache then trying to buy online. If you are looking for a spot to try go to RVC you will keep going back k.
