Roots Dispensary - Shawnee

Shopping here is okay, the PRODUCT is good, great flower, quality prerolls , but the STAFF? The budtenders are ALWAYS changing , what does that tell you about management? Currently there’s a LOUD man that works there, some people love to interact with loud, NOT ME , when he comes out he’s always yelling and trying to push products that I don’t want. 9/10 times , I hear him pushing things then once customer has left , he bashes the product he just pushed ! How unprofessional! Good weed, shitty workers.

From out of town and came here because of reviews but didn’t get the same experience as the rest but I wish I had. The gentleman that was there before me got a little more friendly and welcoming attitude. The employee did the bare minimum for my visit. This was also my first one where they didn’t do anything for first time or attempt to go over any special if they had any. Honestly she didn’t even try to get me to buy anything else in the store or let me know they even did a loyalty rewards worked.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and each time it’s been a pleasant experience. I love the staff and I love the vibes with everyone there 💙 Definiyely my favorite dispensary in town and it’s right next to my work so better for convenience :)

Awesome dispensary. Very friendly, helpful staff. Wide assortment of products and ordering is made convenient to your needs, so if you want to order online and be in and out, no prob.

I absolutely love this place! Fast paced, bud tenders are knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, large section of product, good quality, I personally love the budget shelf! They even have a awesome head shop! Highly recommend!!
