can't bother with an online menu don't need my business

I don’t even bother going anywhere else, despite the fact that this is not the closest dispensary to my house. Royal’s has consistently quality products (and an insane range of products! Did you know weed can come in SOUP FORM now??) for a good price. The budtenders are wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, and never make customers feel pressured or talked down to. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Been my favorite place since I have been going to dispensaries, always recommend to friends knowledgeable staff great prices and friendly atmosphere.

We got there about 15 minutes before closing, but the staff was insanely welcoming and friendly. The store is clean and pretty. The prices are good, and they even offer birth month specials! They have a large variety, and the prices are good. We were definitely impressed and will be back!

I was in town visiting friends and family and Royals was right next door so I decided to pop in and take a look. The shop is well done and nicely decorated. Very laid back atmosphere. The service was great and the budtender had a few recommendations which was helpful. I especially liked the display as much of their product was kept in containers that had a built in magnifier so you could get a close look at the beauty you were buying. On the downside, they didn't have much in the way of daily specials. I would recommend Royals though based on the service and presentation of product. They made my stay in Spokane more enjoyable to be sure.

Love the service I got when I visit this place , and quality of the products. What I don't like is that no one is ever available when you call to see if a certain strain is available.

Tiny space, no way to see the product, felt rushed

I came in tonight for a cartridge of Nine Pound Hammer from Crystal Clear. I specifically said I was using an AiroPro, and was sold a "compatible" cartridge. I already have the screw on base, not the problem. They sold me a ceramic cartridge which has a blue metal ring around the base that makes it too large to seat into the battery. They refused to return or exchange the cartridge for one that is actually compatible after selling me this one as "compatible". I will not be returning to buy from this store as their only "solution" was for me to buy another battery out of my own pocket.
