Sanctuary - Gardner (Adult Use)

It should be first come first served, but not here... Twice this has happened, waiting outside to be let in. Some people walk up, stand and wait like I am... Door opens and he let's the people that just walked up in, tells me to wait. 7 min later some other people walk up, door opens and he let's them in and tells me to wait. Now I'm Fucking pissed off. This is the second time that happened, time to take my business elsewhere.

I love this place and the quality of the products they sell.

This facility is my favorite! The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the Budtenders always know their shit! The inventory changes frequently and it's all been so tasty & potent so far. I stop in a lot just to see new strains and treats. I really do love this place!

Excellent Service, even with a line of people I was in and out quickly.

Because of this virus, it was a long wait. However, the way the employees handled the people (especially the not so nice people) was fantastic. The 3 for atmosphere is for the people that were unwilling to just do as they were asked. I watched one woman from my truck act like a child, because she couldn’t enter the building with her friend. Very unwilling to just go back to the car. Stood there with her arms crossed. While they politely asked multiple times just to go back to the car. Grow up people, they’re doing their jobs!

Have to give it a bad review because they are just now realizing they can capitalize off higher prices for better thc percet. If thet did it to start then fine but this is just sad 54 dollars plus 11 dollars tax for a gram of sub par hash? 72 turning into 85 for a cart even 18 dollar grams now are 21 after tax.....unless you use your atm card I got hit with 6 dollars in fines for an 18 dollar purchase....what happened. Sad tbh they seemed promising. Back to the market

Staff is always polite and welcoming. Officer Lawrence was very helpful as well. Crowd control for past few days have been respectful and smooth. Ordering online with no issues. Place is TITS!

Been here four or five times now. Inventory can be hit or miss (pre-rolls sell out often), otherwise I'm very happy with Sanctuary

Been deciding on if I wanted to write a review or not.. I was in the store about 2-3 weeks ago and overheard an employee offering her employee discount to a recreational costumer.. I thought there was no discounts allowed on the recreational side due to state laws?!? This is very frustrating to me and considering on not coming back to this dispensary.

I picked up a gram on the London Mints 11 flower. The high was fabulous and the recommendation from the courteous staff was all the help I needed.

LOVE this place BUT I bought one of their pens to fit a shatter cartridge and 4 weeks out the pen broke and I’m stuck with a cartridge I can’t use. (Doesn’t fit any other pen). Emailed them and still waiting to hear back. Disappointed as this was my fav dispensary!
