I'm a recreational user and this was my first experience purchasing cannabis from a dispensary. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the staff. They were eager to answer any questions I had regarding the products and the process. I ordered my cannabis products ahead of time on leafly.com. When I arrived at sanctuary I was thrilled by how easy the pickup process was. I walked in, showed my ID at the door, let them know I had an online order, was directed where to pick it up, paid, and left. I just finished trying the product and am more than satisfied with the quality. I will absolutely be back and will recommend to friends and family.
This location is observing social distancing. Order online, only 10 people in line is being enforced. They were telling people that we have to do it or they will get shutdown, board of health. It's a process folks, only 1 person at a time in the store. Have your Online order confirmation number.
I ordered online, was notified my order was ready very quickly, drove to Sanctuary in Gardner and pick up was quick and easy. I use a few drops under my tongue and sleep soundly.
I really enjoy the quality of the product. The Blueberry headband is amazing. Blissful wizard and Super Critical are also favorites. All around nice place.
Drove and hour and a half to come buy some shatter. Girl tells me we only have deals on concentrates on the weekend. O.k. I guess that's life. so I bought a gram while there so it wasn't a total waste of trip. Today, Sunday when the deal is advertised, i drive all the way back to gardner with a pocket full of cash to get me 10 grams while its on sale. Got There around noon. Guy at counter says....."we don't have any" Only have a couple kinds of crumble and Sauce and there's no deal on them....only the shatter that we dont have. So I wasted a lot of time and money Just trying to buy what these a-holes advertise. This is unacceptable and should be illegal if its not already.
The staff is friendly and helpful. In a word they are ‘Awesome’!
I like using Leafly to preorder and orders are filed in mere minutes. The quality of the products that I have tried, mostly flower, are of excellent quality. The packaging is the best! Service is top notch and the purchasing process could not be any easier or more efficient! Great job, All!

First time visitor,location is easy to find, plenty of parking on-site. Best selection I've seen, staff is friendly and efficient. 120 mile round trip for me, I will be back!!!

The concentrates here are amazing. The sauce is the best deal around. Today I got the banana bread and it is out of this world! I also got some tangerine cookies crumble that punches you in the face with tangerine peel flavor. All around very satisfied as always.
After checking the Leafy web site for Sanctuary Rec. I noticed prices had increased, from past visits. I read one Leafy review written by a customer, stating that the most recent prices reflect the total product price, including taxes. If this is true, why wouldn't that be clearly stated on the Sanctuary site ? I think full pricing disclosure should be both in print ( menu), and on all electronic media. Mass CCC mandate ?
I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.
I placed an order and it was ready in minutes. This was my 1st placing an order. I usually just go there. I will definitely be ordering. So easy and fast. The place is such a nice atmosphere very calming and relaxing. So clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended my friends to come here. They did and they really said the drive was worth it and liked the products they have.
