love my shop, maybe a little biased but best selection- great specials you just have to know how to work the menu!! the MED side has amazing treats- Craft wax and can you say Pie Bar?!?

Elizabeth and Jessica are my faves because they are knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and know how to treat members and those who typically spend almost $100 at a time. One complaint I have is that the pricing is confusing and the really good strains are too expensive. Other than that, I was thrilled with Sante. BUT it's changed. First, I don't get taken care of by my pro's anymore. The guy who takes care of me now gives me the top shelf version instead of asking which version I want; gives me teeny tiny buds, forgets to give me member pricing and specials sometimes, and is not nearly as knowledgable and professional as Elizabeth and Jessica. I'm not getting the good deals I got before either. The last straw may be that I bought the RemPen on their recommendation, but now they don't have the cartridges when I go in, or, at best only a couple different strains. And most of the cartridges I've bought have leaked. This place has changed. And I'm now considering going back to the place I was a member before or becoming a member somewhere else.

a little of a tight squeeze but I overall enjoyed my time there. they had the citrix strain which is what I was looking for. great prices and specials goin on daily. would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Always the best, outside of the occasional rush hour line this place is by far my fave destination in Durango. Always great deals and specials, excellent rewards program, always clean, and always friendly staff. Top notch, please keep up the great work.

Has a cool vibe, though the budtender seemed like she was in a rush to get us out the door, even though we were the only ones in the recreational side. Overall we got a few grams to try out. Bud seems to be fair to above average quality, kind of expected more for the price we paid.

The budtender was so kind and welcoming. The location is really cool and the aesthetic in there was neat! Such a cozy and adorable place, truly a unique experience and will definitely be back again. Historic downtown Durango is also just a cool place to visit, lots to do nearby.

Ok a follow up to my last post...again quality of flower ok not great, but even more so the service. First, I was quoted a nonmember price on shatter when I am a member. Shouldnt be a big deal but this was seconds after my monthly member eigth was weighed out. plus I have to constaintly remind them I am a member. Second the person behind the counter could only reply with "I can find out". Great he is willing to find out but questions were not hard. ."Is the shatter an indica or sativa strain?" Seems like something a budtender should know. After this last experience I am done with my membership.

First off, I want to save thank you to Sante. I will explain a few things with this store. My very first time legally shopping in the US, was right at Sante. I was visiting from another med state. My first experience was great. Right away I wanted to be the first customer at open. It worked out for me. The entrance was inviting as I walked down a handicap ramp, the kind lady greeted me. They do ask if it is your first time or when you were last in the store. I explained that this was my first time in the store, they took ID, and invited me through a door to the back. The register was behind a glass shelf showing off some available products. The menu on flower is unreal. You will find a flower you have wanted to try, or have loved for a long time. I immediately noticed the Jack Herer on the lower menu. Still very grade A quality. Very true to the strain and the other type was White 99 a new one to me. This was a suggestion, as I asked the tender what good Hazes they would have. Besides the flower purchase, the tender was able to find me some crumble type concentrate that was A++. I am not usually one to try the concentrate heavy. With the tender making the recommendations and some personal preference, I was able to leave satisfied. The morning or early bird discount will get you ten percent off everyday. You can leave some money in your pocket on the already best prices, and the quality is the best in Durango...

I'm reviewing my first time here, but I've since returned. The atmosphere upon entering was great; however, when I went in to select my products, I was ushered into what felt like a peep-show booth. You could easily touch the door behind you and the wooden walls by your sides. A complete plexiglass partition in front of me separated me from the budtender and the products. That made it so hard to hear the budtender, I couldn't make out much of the little commentary he provided. There was a small gap at the bottom of the plexiglass like at a bank where you could duck down and smell flower. With all this, asking the budtender about a product or to see a product seemed like a waste of time. To me, the whole setup told me to finish up and leave. I've since been back. This time I ordered flower ahead of time and had a great experience. Their flower is fantastic, and I will absolutely be back!

Fucking love this place, Best weed in the 4 corners area.
