One of the items was out of stock even though Leafly thought it was in at checkout. They were able to substitute another product at pick up and that was great.

I was overcharged $10 as my purchased was refigured. I paid $80 for products that were $59 and change and I got $10 back and a dollar and and change. I take responsibility for this because I didn’t ask to see the final calculation on the computer. It’s my donation to a good cause

Check your orders before you leave. I was charged for 5 grams of shatter, but 2 grams were missing. I had walked out so no way to prove it, but I don't make up petty stuff. Usually there is no problem but today there was!

Satchel is our go to. it honestly started because they were close to where we lived. We’ve since moved out of the neighborhood. We tried dispensaries closer to our new place but their quality just isn’t there unless you want to spend way too much. We now make trips back to the old neighborhood just to go to satchel. Top notch!

I love how nice all of them are on the real. This will be the first review on anything ever for me. I have a dispensary 2 minutes from my house 2 different ways. I'll still take 10 minutes to go here. Great crew. Good deals and try to help if they can. None of that fake upselling stuff.
