Good prices, cares about customers health by treating the pandemic seriously. Sometimes it would be nice if they had more than two tellers though.

Placed an order for pickup at 7. Was running a bit late so I called to let them know, no answer. I sped across town to make it at 7:50 only to find their gate locked and again, they wouldn’t answer the phone. Don’t waste your time and effort on a place that doesn’t give a shit about their customers.

Always out of 'specials', budtenders do not seem to know the difference between sativa and indica.

First pot shop where I was made to feel like a scumbag for just trying to get in. Seattle Tonics was the first recreational store where someone outside of the building asked for my ID. He was wearing a solid color polo and khakis, no ID whatsoever himself which made me skeptical considering this is 120th and Aurora, but I still obliged by showing my license. However, when I suggested they should have him wear some ID so people don't think he's a random creep, he took great offense and told me to leave. I don't live in Seattle, but my friends tell me it's normal for stores in the city to have a bouncer. The three stores I normally frequent all have an open door and if anyone asks for my ID, it's the person ringing me up. For a store that promotes itself as Seattle's pot shop and brags about a 2,000 sqft. showroom, they sure don't want to make it easy to patronize.

By far the best deals in town and the staff is diverse and knowledgeable of products. As a Hip-Hop head I truly enjoy the music and vibe every time I go in, miss the eye candy that used to walk in front of their store though 🤣🤣. Overall a great store.

The budtenders are knowledgable and very friendly.

Awesome prices, selection, and store layout. They have something for all tastes and budgets and their handy dandy order sheets are indeed handy dandy! I like being free to browse without the budtender hanging over my shoulder the whole time but they're still readily available to answer questions and help out!

went to the other store nearby and prices was whacked. got strange vibes. But pretty chill at tonics. nice top shelf selection and wide range of mid tier. very affordable.

crazy, crazy prices and quality. $15 a gram dabs mroning special. Like 6 strains $20 a gram bho. truly sick. $130 oz of indoor flower and $99 oz also. really chill and knoweldgeable folks there. my fav store in seattle.

located just down the street from Petsmart decided to try this place out. Was told dogs weren't allowed even in carrying cases. bouncer tells me I can go elsewhere as he sees me struggling to leave my dog in a hot car. peak inside to inquire about this business tactic. budtenders say it's not legal to have an animal .. ..conclusion nice setup inside but since OZ has a dog there and encourages pets... why not pay much less for better buds just down the street?

This store is dark and scary. The lighting isn't any better than the ones on Leafly. I turned on my heel to leave within 30 seconds. The cannabis seems... standard.

I love this place. Its been my favorite dispensary for about 2 years, their deals are awesome and they have pretty good stuff. Take a chance with those ridiculously cheap prerolls, you won’t regret it.
