Taylor and her staff at shango are always helpful! I love shopping with this location, they are fun, professional and know what they are talking about. I'm they type to spend money, but I want top notch service while I do it and the Harold location does exactly that every time. I know I'm getting too notch service every time I go in. I fistied Shango for the first time 01/25/20 and found the 2 employees Chloe and Justus to be extremely helpful and kind. I quit using marijuana in the 1980's because I don't like smoke in my lungs and wanted to try some edibles. Chatting with these two and learning about the different strains available a great experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you Chloe and Justus - you're both awesome!

Logan and guy are 2 of my ABSOLUTE favorite budtenders, they know what they're talking about and always help me the best bang for my buck! Not to mention they're ridiculously funny and create such a fun atmosphere! 10/10 for the best customer service I've ever witnessed!

This Place truly reminds me of the Apple Store the way all the meds are stocked up. The customer service is amazing and the meds are also top quality! I rate this dispensary #1 in Portland

Great selection of great herb!

Every time I visit here I feel like I'm in the candy store scene from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. You know, the one where the candy man sings while gliding around on a rolling shelf ladder and showering colorful treats over all the schoolchildren? The colorful treats here are great quality, and the ambiance is both stylish and modern...yet what really makes this place hard to beat is the staff. Pretty much they're like the candy men/women of cannabis; friendly, knowledgeable, and quite passionate about helping their customers find the best strain to fit their needs. Sam assisted me while I explored the variety of strains, telling me about each one in turn, and advising which ones I may like based on my tastes. His suggestions were right on target! Overall, great place, and even greater people. Many thanks to the staff, and special thanks to Sam, the cannabis candy man! ;-)

I HAD to come in and get my Shango chocolate fix yesterday, and it was worth the trip. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always learn something new when I stop in, Oh and I even saw the these guys on the news the other night, twice!

Quality products, clean and welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff. Only my second experience with Portland dispensaries and Shango was the cheaper/better of the two! Will definitely be back
