Very professional atmosphere from start to end. Any requirements, requests, and answers to any questions are very well communicated. You know from the start that everyone there is there to help you, even towards the end of the day.

This is definitely a premium, friendly dispensary. Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and the bud tenders are more than willing to discuss and explain the pros and cons of all the strains based on what I am looking for. I appreciate the fresh new strains coming in on a regular basis.

Silver State relief is the best there is.. I've went to other dispensaries arond Vegas (planet 13 etc) but nothing comes close to this store. The product is AMAZING. Service is the best around and the prices/selection can't be beat. These guys know how to take care of you and make sure things are right. Happy to be a customer.

I really like SSR. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the medicine is perfect for my tastes. I guess you could consider the prices a bit steep but I'm not much of a fan of dealing with the black market and facing jail time...so I have no issues with their prices.

They have the best prices on flower for like a hundred mile radius & the screens show you how much everything costs after taxes. Very cool. The selection is great, full of some familiar names & some unfamiliar as well but all equally as bomb. As for the staff, they’re all friendly & as knowledgeable as needed. I won’t go anywhere else when it’s time to re up.

This was the third dispensary I've gone to - all here in town - but, the best visit to one yet. Amazing space and atmosphere - inviting, fresh, clean and arranged in a consumer friendly way. There are display tables accessible to shoppers, you simply walk up and take a wondrous whiff. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I had - and I had many - was answered with care. Eric, the budtender, was courteous and had fantastic recommendations and held a nurturing energy while helping me choose my medicine. I also feel that I got an incredible deal on the products, that I spent a relatively small amount of money on a quality purchase and great experience.

Best service ever! I'm coming back I had the best service from this cute buddtender Sam he was so sweet knew all the products and catered to all my needs:) He's the bomb!

I have to say with all the competition that's going on out there right now that Silver State Relief is still number 1 and always will be I want to give a shout out to Tamara for doing me a solid and always doing your best to make the customers happy especially if you're on a fixed income. And a big shout out to Connor for taking good care of me today I am very disabled and use my walker & I'm always treated with the upmost respect and kindness as they treat all their patients even when there dealing with a patient who has severe PTSD and OCD along with spinal-cord injuries and most importantly to me with the health problems that I have autoimmunity diseases they have the safest medicines and always make sure that it safe for people with any kind of illnesses once again, I will see you Conner and Tamara thank you so much for always taking good care of me. every single one down there is always smiling happy this is place to go if you want the best in town!

Quality and consistency of products has improved dramtically. Prices are reasonable, and they have very good deals on medicine. This place seems to care about it's patients, and that is important to people with chronic pain ( and other ailments). Thank you!

Very nice people and flower, good prices, but needed to take off a point for the wait. Took me better part of an hour to get through on a Sat.

Well since Silver State seems to want to delete my review I’ll just post it again, and post it more than one place. I have been coming to Silver State for awhile now and I liked it a lot. But last week I was in and I noticed that they have divided there guys from there girls, they do different jobs so I was kinda feelin that was weird. But then I heard some of those guys talking about the tips they make and realized that they also end up getting paid a lot more. I mean your prices aare alright and most he bud I get works but how can I support a place that doesn’t support women? If asking that question is bashing and gets deleted again then I don’t need to shop with you anymore anyway.

Wait times have been far to long lately. more than 30-40 mins. make sure you have lots of time to come here

SSR is my favorite dispensary in the Reno/Sparks area. They are always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! I like the setup of this shop as well. They have one room for the line (if there is one) and purchase so you can check out some of the product while you wait.

Out of all of the local dispensaries I've been to, this is by far one of the friendliest I've been to, with wonderful and personable friendly staff. My cashier Kiera was a wonderful budtender, so chatty and positive and was amazing to talk to weed and life about! She was also super pleased by my selection of weed asked for, which was Blue Dream, Durban Poison and Island Sweet Skunk. I'm definitely coming back on my next payday and/or refill of my 'medicine', wonderful staff!
