I followed their instructions on Weedmaps on setting up a profile and placing my order at 4:30 p.m. today. I received a text within a couple minutes stating they received my order and will text me when the driver is on his way. after not hearing anything for a couple hours I decided to call. I was on hold for 20 minutes until somebody came on the phone. she told me I needed it to text a selfie with me and my driver's license and she will send the order out right away. I received another text about 30 minutes later stating my order was canceled. I called and this time had to wait on hold for 40 minutes. then was told by some lady that it was too late that's why my order was cancelled. I let her know the situation that I placed the order at 4:30 p.m. today. she didn't want to help me besides offer me $5 off for order tomorrow. it's now almost 8:30 and most places are closed so I'm really screwed for the night. I really wish this place wouldn't have done this to me. Jason

I ordered today on 4/20 knowing it would probably be a while and the drivers might be rushing but Alisha was amazing! She was so nice and communicative. She let me know exactly how many people were ahead of me and an ETA. I didn’t have to wait long at all, I usually never do with this delivery service and that’s why I always keep coming back!

I have used Silverstreak solutions for over a year now, and they have provided me excellent product at affordable prices. To say the least, their service is responsive, even at times when they should be overloaded (4/20, pandemic). A big shoutout to their courier Andrew, who provides professional and timely updates so that when it’s time to pay, we’re both prepared.
