I followed their instructions on Weedmaps on setting up a profile and placing my order at 4:30 p.m. today. I received a text within a couple minutes stating they received my order and will text me when the driver is on his way. after not hearing anything for a couple hours I decided to call. I was on hold for 20 minutes until somebody came on the phone. she told me I needed it to text a selfie with me and my driver's license and she will send the order out right away. I received another text about 30 minutes later stating my order was canceled. I called and this time had to wait on hold for 40 minutes. then was told by some lady that it was too late that's why my order was cancelled. I let her know the situation that I placed the order at 4:30 p.m. today. she didn't want to help me besides offer me $5 off for order tomorrow. it's now almost 8:30 and most places are closed so I'm really screwed for the night. I really wish this place wouldn't have done this to me. Jason

AlexC was super communicative and timely. I appreciate a status report every so often by shifting phases of communication. Silverstreak exceeded my expectations in that regard.

I ordered today on 4/20 knowing it would probably be a while and the drivers might be rushing but Alisha was amazing! She was so nice and communicative. She let me know exactly how many people were ahead of me and an ETA. I didn’t have to wait long at all, I usually never do with this delivery service and that’s why I always keep coming back!

First time ordering from Silverstreak and let me tell you THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND!!! Had to wait a little bit to place my order, but once placed not even 5 minutes later I received an eta of 20 minutes! Dispatcher and driver were so friendly. I definitely recommend Silverstreak to everyone!

Silverstreak solutions is great. Prices are fair and have really good sales. Delivery usually takes less than an hour. Today I had Miguel deliver and couldn't be happier with the experience .He was really helpful and super nice. Will definitely use they're services again. Thanks
