Purchased 4 carts Friday night. I used to shop here weekly (used to, wont anymore). Before leaving when the budtender asked me if I was familiar with the return policy, I just repeated what they've told me since I can remember. 3 days, bring receipt and packaging. Budtender says,"you got it!" I've never had to return a cart before and I've purchased hundreds, but when I got home a tried them all on my battery. One didn't pull. Tried it on three different batteries. Saturday morning I head back in with my receipt, the cart and packaging. I want to return/exchange it. Budtender asks to see my battery, then makes a big deal about cleaning it. Says the cart won't pull because it's dirty. OK dude, explain why my other carts work on this dirty battery (it wasnt) and on my other batteries, but this one cart does not. Dude keeps going on and on about how the pen was dirty, cleans it and hands it back to me and says, it should work now. Fed up with this guy's shit I say: here's the thing, it was already working. The cart was not. Dude then says to me, well okay, if its not working give us a call there is a couple of other things you can do so you don't have to come down here. It was this moment when I realized they don't give a shit about me as a customer, nor were they willing to honor their own policy a little more than 12 hours after purchase. I'm stuck with a premium cart that is essentially trash because cleaning my battery didn't fix the cart that didn't work in the first place. The guy was correct about one thing though. I won't be going back there.
