Sol Flower - Sun City (MED/REC)

What a great day to be at Sol Flower. Not only is this the classiest joint, the employees are all so nice and ready to help anyone! Shout out to Rei (I’m sure I butchered that) in production-super helpful. Also, Lexi and Nate are friendly as hell, so expect a smile when you come in. Grab a drink from Lisa and a bite to eat while you’re there (the food is great I hear). Can’t wait to take a class with Matt on the weekend. Peace out guys!

I’d like to start this review by mentioning the awesome bud-tender that helped me out on both visits, Sid. Really awesome guy, friendly, and professional. Give this guy a raise. Both times I came in the wait was little to none, and the staff is really friendly. This place needs more consumers !

I'm just going to start off by saying that I love this dispensary. It's my go to location. But I just had the worst experience in a dispensary a couple of days ago. The budtender was very rude and short with me. I've been debating whether I should go back. It was that bad. I usually leave very happy but this guy ruined the whole experience for me.

The people are awesome and the product is good. No complaints there. My problems with this place have to do with the way it is run. Their processes are awful and leave a lot of room for human error, something I experienced my first time there. I get this awesome deal, pick out my 4 eighths among a lot of other things. I get home and one of my eighths was now a preroll with the same name as the eighth I had picked out. Why did this happen? Let me tell you. One person checks you in, one person takes you around the store and helps you pick your stuff, then another person (s) fulfills your order and then yet another person checks you out. So that is 4 humans for one transaction leaving the odds of human error and someone fucking up your order, pretty high. The person checking you out does not show your items and let you see your order - they just hand you a stapled bag. I have a problem with that. In addition, having to wait to pay after I waited to be seen SUCKS - how you operate your actual processes is awful .I have one more first time discount to use and then I will likely never ever come back. There are way too may dispensaries that do a way better job overall around here. For example, I have NEVER been given the wrong item at literally any other dispensary, ever.
