Prohibition Falls

I recently moved to Eugene and Sproutly is the first dispensary to earn my repeat business. The receptionist is extremely friendly and genuinely upbeat and welcoming. The budtender with the longer hair (sorry i can't remember names!) has been incredibly helpful and knowledable during both of my visits. You could tell he has actually tried the products and was able to give me a good recommendation for an indica hybrid concentrate. Also, the rewards system is easy and the overall vibe is very relaxed. no high pressure sales, etc. Will definitely be going back.

Yesterday I purchased approx. 6 grams of Phantom. I knew it could contain seeds but didn't expect to get over 1 gram of seeds. I went down today and spoke to the Manager about my shock at getting so many seeds. He said they looked good and viable and that I basically got a good deal because it would cost me more than that to buy the seeds. I don't grow and can't smoke seeds to they are of no use to me. I have bought from their may contain seeds shelf before and the most I have ever gotten in 3 grams was 2. If they had told me that this contained so many seeds I would have seected something else. Too many other dispensaries around this area to deal with someone with that kind if attitude. PEACE OUT :)

This house is one of our Fav's to go to! Always a Good Deal on Bud! Service is Excellent...Zane and Cole are Cool... But, the receptionist Gal, the one I share a 10.5 B~Day with is one of the Sweetest people I have meet.!

Sproutly has helpful employees. I always leave happy with the assistance I get. Destinee was amazing today and so helpful.

They do not honor prices as listed on Leafly. Went in for the first time knowing exactly what I wanted based on the Leafly menu. Was told the price listed was wrong and refused to sell it at Leafly price. There are too many shops in town to do a first time customer dirty like that. It shouldn't have been honored, then changed online!!

While the selection is vast the quality is not that great... the employees were nice but weren't as eager as other budtenders at nearby dispensaries that go above and beyond in customer service! Quite dissapointing since I heard good thing about this place in the past 💁

Good prices, great staff. Kyra was great. Cindy(?) Great blue hair, was incredibly helpfull. I was looking for a strain they did not have and she found me a place near by that had it at a great price. If I lived in Eugene this would be my place to go.

Great staff. I was greeted immediately once I walked into the building. Receptionist was friendly! The bud tenders answered all of my questions without judgement. Eugene cream was a great suggestion. I will be coming back!

Sproutly offers amazing flower options at outsanding prices. They also sell glass, and some medibles--and their store is still growing! But for now; the reason to head to Sproutly is for quality flower at great prices. They also have low-cost pre-rolls--try something new! I say; go check out Sproutly now, for their flower selection. Even if it takes you a few tries to master their exact parking lot, it is worth a couple of drive-by's just to get in there!

These guys are amazing. I walked in and explained what I was looking for and they were very quick to assist me. I asked a variety of questions with regards to strains and how they help people with issues like mine and they pointed me in the best direction they have available to care for them. I have tried a variety of the products they carry and I was extremely happy with all of them. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable, the products are great, the prices are very nice, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Love the strains, love the people, love the interior design. Every time I come in I know I'll have a positive conversation and get bud that sits me on my ass. 11/10 would recommend

It was a nice visit, but the budtender, who seemed concerned about getting more customers into the store, ended up giving me two grams of the shittiest buds in the jar. I work at a grow site and the buds I got from here I would have put pretty much entirely into our "B Buds" bin where they WOULD NOT BE SOLD. Needless to say, I dont think I will go back. There is one place in town that has not let me down.

Decided to give this place another try, and was pleasantly surprised. Much better selection of flower than the first time I visited. Glad to see Chilly's Garden on the self. I'll be back for sure!

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive with other dispenser but they have the best deals in town. I recommend stopping in on Friday for their $5 gram. Love this place!

Very nice, kind staff. However very disappointed that the 3 pre roll joints I bought were old and tasted like shake. All 3 pre rolls were harvested fall 2016. Today is Feb 24th 2018. Nobodys fault but mine for not checking but overall not happy with the product I purchased.

Great store with a lot of products to choose from. Very knowledgeable staff. Enthusiastic. Lots of pipes, even jewelry. A lot of different CBD strains too.

Budtender was a charming young lady, and very knowledgeable. I left with what I wanted, and armed with fresh suggestions.

With so many choices in town, I would go further down 11th Ave and find a better spot and products.

This store is owned by a con artist who forces employees to sell Trout products because he also owns Trout. Employees are however instructed not to let customers know they are the same owner so they don’t catch on to why employees are pushing such a horrible product.
