love the store. a little hard to find but when you do you'll find great prices and an awesome staff. very inviting and friendly atmosphere. the quality of service and product is really good definitely my new store to shopping at

I really enjoy this spot. competitive prices, good selection and the bud tenders are really helpful and listen to their customers likes and dislikes when looking for a new strain. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the kirkland, woodinville, totem lake, rose hill/bridle trails area. its hard to compete with the medical market prices on concentrates but this is a professional shop with good products. (try the liberty reach farms) thank you guys!

All of the staff is very friendly and available to help! Great at helping you find what you need especially if you're looking for something specific! They always have great deals and a great variety of strains.

The owner is super sweet, the staff is knowledgeable about the product. Be comfortable asking questions. Some of the strains aren't the best but that's more grower's fault and your personal chemistry. I would like to see larger amounts at a lower cost (maybe happy hour perk) however that is with anything, anywhere.

I absolutely love this place! they have the best prices around. I have been going since they opened. the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I so appreciate the discount you recieve after just 4 visits! I will and do highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm a regular client, visiting 4-5 times a month for more than a year, usually during Friday HHs or lunchtime. Fun to watch the shop grow! Store was always very busy. Especially enjoyed the free coffee! Sales team has always been very friendly and professional, moving thru the line, get them in, get them out. However these last few visits, your sales associate Nia was a fresh new face with a great smile and eagerness to help, without the rush. Keep up the great work! With all the competition out there, I really appreciate the extras: Check-in special is better than any other place I've been! Free espresso cart during Friday HH, great staff I've come to know and recognize, $5 off $30+ during lunch, double point days, and most of all, a great selection.

Cozy shop can get crowded, but good range of product and friendly staff.

Mary Jane of Kirkland has a few budtenders who are courteous, caring, polite and knowledgeable. But not many. The last three times I went there, I dealt with budtenders who looked like they were stoned out of their minds, and they had the paranoia to prove it. All that fear makes them waste your time trying to prove they know more than you. What difference does it make? I just want to buy some cannabis without having to deal with arrogance and attitude. I've been in Mary Jane of Kirkland many times, and lately I think it's time to shop someplace else.

On a positive note, a few weeks after my recent review, the owner called me, apologized, and indicated that she’d restored one of the two 20% discounts I’d earned but that had disappeared from my record. At a second visit today after her call, I was told that I’d just spent enough to earn a 20% discount. My points were almost lost completely when the staff went to update the expiration date on my driver’s license, but we avoided that outcome! However, I’m still out the two 20% discounts I originally, as the discount restored by the owner was no longer in my records. I’m pretty much done here, unless they run a special that isn’t related to my “membership” there. Better selection at similar pricing elsewhere.

Although small room and akward walk up, the employees are all very professional, young men mostly. Prices and variety are comparable to other recreational in the area. Beats the other neighboring dispensary with their customer service and professionalism.
