I have only been to this dispensary once, and I purchased a single unit of product. I went in because Star Buds was open later than my usual dispensary, and because they had attractive discounts. I came by bicycle from about three miles away, having posted an internet order. My visit lasted about three minutes. I seemed to be the only customer in the shop, which was getting ready to close. The interior is bright and inviting, and the shop area is efficient and clean. The hip hop on the sound system lent the place a "prepare to party" atmosphere instead of the "find healing" ambiance some dispensaries conjure up. The employees were fast, polite and kind. I did not have an opportunity to seek employees' knowledge because I was in and out quickly, and I came without any questions. However, I would return again, especially if the place continues to sell particular eighths at a massive discount. Star Buds seems to feature certain brands like Kaviar, which are not available in other dispensaries. It's worth looking at their website to investigate their discounts, which are often substantial. What's most notable is that, despite it being the end of the day, the employees provided me with courteous, speedy service without making me feel rushed or like I was annoying them. That's a tip other dispensaries in the near-west burbs might be keen to take. One tip for Starbuds: I know I'm in the minority, but a bike rack out front would be nice. I had to lock up on a street sign.

Zay was very informative and very enthusiastic about his job. He lead us in the right direction and gave us exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

By far the best dispensary I've found in the Chicagoland area. Always helpful and smiling, the employees are nothing but great to deal with. There is always new product coming in and the product on hand is of the highest quality. Definitely my go to dispensary.

Bernardo was super helpful during my last visit. He let me know I had points to spend on my order, so I was able to try a product I'd been eyeing.

Lol it’s funny because I was leaving a 5 star review from my last visit and look how quickly that changed. I came in during the happy hour to get 20% off. I was trying to use dutchie pay and for whatever reason it wasn’t going through. So I ended up having to pay in cash. This caused a delay in my checkout. And instead of the person telling me that because it went 1 minute past 10am that the 20% off discount wasn’t going to apply he just charged me the full price. lol a joke. Don’t waste your time coming here. I would not recommend my friends to come here

I love this dispensary. The service is always the best. Jessica is always so helpful. I would always recommend ordering online before you arrive that way you can check out the menu and get in and out quickly.
