very upset when I went in today because there system was down and they did not send out any texts to let people know. I wasted my time coming in and didn't even have enough time to go to another place before they closed..this is not ok

Convenient, just a mile and a half from my house . The staff is very friendly. When I place an online order it is ready quickly. Last time, I received an e-mail that it was ready three minutes after placing the order ! That is service !

I had a particularly bad day and Wiz took extra time to engage me in conversation and lighten my spirits. He didn’t know that I’d had a bad day, he just sensed that I was in need of cheering up. I’d also like to mention FeeFee and Sara because they have also shown genuine care and kindness on past visits.

I always love Starbuds' atmosphere and they are always helpful and kind! My latest visit with Cat was quick and easy. I was having a gloomy day and she was able to put a smile on my face and get me in and out fast, I appreciate it very much!

First time at Starbuds yesterday and I was definitely impressed. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, and my budtender was amazing! She had no problem with my indecisiveness and bought multiple items for me to view when I told her what I was looking for. I didn’t get her name but to the Asian young lady that assisted me you are definitely knowledgeable and your strains, plus cool as cool can be. Although not really convenient to where I live was worth the trip out of my way💯

Starbuds is the best by far in Baltimore. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Everyone is great, but if you get Zion be excited. She's great.

My butt tender Angelina was very helpful and informative. If I had a favorite I would have to pick her.

awesome place for veterans to shop. they do 22% off with a military ID, and were tons of help to a new user.
