Absolutely nothing, this is my favorite place in the world. Been to a few and Buds always keeps my vote. Signed their favorite Tang 🥰😁

Top quality flour!

They usually have a pretty good selection of flower, which is the route I most commonly take. Just ordered a 1/4, but what was put in the bag was not even close, even though it was visibly, and largely in stock. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, and dude just grabbed the wrong order, but upon discovering this in the parking lot, I was unable to get it remedied due to a strict no return policy. I understand the policy, ..just sucks. This is medicine, and if you're somewhat experienced, you understand what works for you and why. You wouldn't be happy paying for toothpaste, and receiving a sink. That being said, Starbuds is great, points, selection, staff and otherwise, this it's just a reminder to check your bag before you leave the counter

The security guard was very calming and extremely nice. Yasha assisted me inside and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my next visit!

I have been searching for my favorite product all over Baltimore but only one other store in the area carries it, but it is always out of stock. I walked into Starbuds and they had nice quantity of them right behind the counter and Vanny’s service was friendly and thorough. Bravo Starbuds!

Super friendly staff, pick up ordering is very convenient.

I feel like Norm from Cheers when I go there. Everyone knows my name. The grounds around the building look great. Plenty of parking. Security outside are great. The help is second to none. There are prices here for everyone. Take advantage of their point system. They have extended their hours which makes it more convenient for everyone.

Great hours. Quick service. Stock deals have run out several times on the way and was told ‘oh sorry’…waste of time.. Some staff are great…some not so much. Overall nice place

Always my favorite dispensary! 100% worth the drive to Baltimore from Bel Air. Connor J. provided a great tincture recommendation, which will become a regular addition to every order going forward. His service was friendly. Although, something in his demeanor made me feel pressured, like I was taking up too much time, or somehow annoying him. Honestly, I’m not sure he was doing this intentionally-I, myself suffer from “Resting B!+ch Face.” Generally, I tend to spend close to an hour when I’m making a purchase. I spend a couple hundred bucks and like to try new things. I’m also extremely eager to learn more about the use of Cannabis (THC & CBD)for true medicinal purposes. I can be easily influenced by my bud tender. I prefer someone who is extremely knowledgeable, “gets” me and what I’m looking for. The feedback cards with your bud tenders name are great addition to your transaction, helps me remember the name of anyone who met the above noted preferences! Overall great place!

Had a wonderful visit as always at starbuds the other day. My bud tender Cynthia not only made the experience warm and welcoming she also gave me a few recommendations on some medications to try. They were as she said good. Will definitely come back for more service like this

My visit was phenomenal! Wiz was so kind, friendly, and super informative! I felt so comfortable speaking with them and I can say I have the worst social anxiety in the best of times. I was so comfortable I bought more products and will be back for the 4/20 specials! Thanks for having such a welcoming spirit Wiz!

Budtenders are always upbeat, helpful and friendly. My Budtender yesterday (at White Marsh location) was Kamaria, who provided excellent customer service!

The Budtender Mercedes Helped me choose the right product and remembered the next time i came in a week later. This place has a great selection and friendly helpful staff. I have a dispensary that is 5 mins from me but Starbuds on Belair Rd is my go to now!

Why go anywhere else? They have an awesome point/reward system, the shop is lively and fun, and the budtenders are very knowledgeable and helpful. During my last visit I had the pleasure of working with Wiz again. Wiz not only provides suggestions for items I may not have tried yet, but as a former educator, is also quick with an empathetic greeting upon remembering my profession as a teacher. It’s nice to be recognized and remembered by someone who sees hundreds of people a day. My go-to shop!
