I will never come here again. atm machine not working. and it's my birthday. I had 10 bucks luckily and all I wanted was a gram of what I like to smoke. I went to use my 5 dollar credit I had left and was told NO. the guy said he had already bottled a different strain. And then repeatedly told me he would do it next time. LMAO. my next birthday when your atm machine is down??? customer service here is a joke. I hope I never become as lazy at my job. I won't even smoke this garbage you gave me tonight. I will give it to karma so that you can get it back. never again

Quality is ok. Every purchase that I have purchased product from them (5 different occasions) the product is dry and if you get bigger buds there are thick stems in the middle of the bud. The last visit on 1/10/20 I placed an order for pick up on Leafly, when I got there the male budtender was rude and said to me that price is wrong and pointed at the prices on the board and said these are the prices, even when I showed him his site on Leafly. I don't think I can do business with a place that does not honor their website prices or a budtender who is rude to a customer. Instead he should have honored the price and notified someone to correct their website. Bad play Starbuds... Bad Play.
