Lux Pot Shop - Lake City

Good store, friendly staff, reasonable prices. 10/10

This shop is beautiful! It’s clear that the folks at Stash take a lot of pride in the products they carry as well as in how they present them in this immaculate, modern, well-lit shop. They offer a wide selection of high quality cannabis products, all at competitive prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and seem to truly love what they do. Stash Lake City is my new favorite spot in North Seattle and a perfect example of what a 21st century rec shop should look and feel like!

Meh. You don’t always get what you pay for. I’ve had some good transactions in the past, but this shop was never anything special. I like variety and frequently try new strains, so I end up here once in awhile, even though I generally prefer their neighboring competitors. When I got home from my most recent visit to Lux, I noticed the gram of flower I’d just bought was a year old. After sitting in a cheap plastic packet all that time, the fragrance had faded. Tell me again why I should be happy to pay higher prices than their neighbors charge?

The didn't have the gram of purple G bud for thirty but they sure did sell me 2 half grams for thirty, proving the dispensary has heart! I also told them everyone asked High Altitude that is the ONLY WA Grower for Black Magic Kush but in sucky time-intensive cleaning flower rather than 30 second flame blow clean dab rig (that is what it is all about in the end not having to spend hours on cleaning making sure it is clean and only having to deep clean 1 time a week/recondition a nail way better than dealing with flower knowing they have a T Rex concentrate Maker for lass then two hundred that High Altitude could be using to make millions by selling Black Magic in Concentrate). From what I can tell, the bud tenders and manager are really about getting people their strain, and they know we don't care about anything other than: God, Goddess, and Magic buds especially when former MILITARY only take hard-core BUDS PLEASE GET THEM TO PUT BM IN CONCENTRATE!

I've gone to several med shops over the years and have tried a few rec stores and Stash tops my charts for most professional, timely, stocked, knowledgeable, etc. Very well displayed in cases, then each budtender wi grab a couple of any product you ask to look at to give you a feeling that you get to choose "the better one." They also make suggestions from what they've enjoyed but aren't pushy about it. Huge selection of mostly mid-to-top ranged products. I've been in three times & the last two prices had dropped so that is fantastic! Daily deals are also great!

yall should take down that homegrown sign. you didn't even support a glassblower you had working at your store wth yall know about supporting home grown anything

Few great employees mixed with lackluster ones. The great employees like Brooks, Sam and Taylor make this place great. Wish the owners and managers cared more about their staff safety during COVID.

Not impressed at all don't waste your money here

I don't know how this place stays open. Everything is outrageously expensive and their stock is old. They have a lot of the same brands of all the other stores in north seattle but everything is 5-10$ more expensive. Even their cheap weed is old looking. It's weird because when I came here I was expecting something like that store Diego Pellicer that used to be in SODO, based off of the business's outside and inside looks and feel. At least at Diego, their weed was good despite being crazy expensive. I left with an $50 eighth of unmemorable dry, very little smelling weed that the tender recommended to me and promised was good... would not return to this store again.

This is one of my favorite shops in the area. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

After shopping here fairly reliably for a long time I am making this review. There is leafly menu anymore which is troublesome. Whenever I online order through their new menu, (which they claim fixed all their old menu problems) I still always arrive and find out that my order is missing items. So now I always come in and order by talking to the people. This time I swear, I got bait and switched because I was shown a jar that looked really nice and when I got home, it was old looking, a lot darker green and it was very dry. Makes me not want to ever spend more than $40 on a eighth. It seems like this store's product around the $40 price point is actually fresher and higher quality than their 45+ dollar brands. Why do I get so many excuses from the managers when I have a genuine complaint and issue that I want to have resolved or at least let them know about? It seems like they don't care at all.

Employees were rude, unhelpful, and extremely unknowledgeable. Prices exorbitantly high. Workers with holes in gloves, and waiting line with markers less than six feet apart. Very covid19 unfriendly store, especially considering that I am buying weed to inhale, others buy edibles to eat.

Wow! This shop has rapidly become my favorite in the city. I have come here maybe four or five times now, but this will likely become my permanent shop. Every time I have come here I have been treated nicely and always enjoyed my time. Service here often includes great discussions about flowers, and all staff are extremely knowledgeable about different growers, buds, and even extremely well versed in edibles. I wish I knew the man's name I've spoken to a few times, because I'd love to call him out. Nonetheless, this place is amazing. Not to mention, the bud here is amazing. Some of the best highs I've ever had with their stuff.
