Sticky Saguaro - (Med/Rec)

Expect long lines, in the summer's heat, no matter the time of day. I used to love this dispensary for its variety and availability. However, I feel they are forcing me to go elsewhere. I order online and spend an hour+ waiting in line with everyone else. I've asked multiple times to please establish an express option, I literally just want to pay and leave, they already have my order bagged and ready to go. This is truly poor customer service. Sad to say I won't be returning after this last experience.

Tell chad and his dad we need some better deals.

Unfortunately they have tons of signs about social distancing although NONE of the workers practice it. I am high risk, and I felt very nervous. Workers not wearing masks and right up in my bubble. If they didn’t have they cbd that I live I wouldn’t go back

I used the Leafly pickup and it secured my items prior to selling out and it was fast and convenient. I highly recommend this dispensary. EVERYONE is educated and friendly.

I ordered online for the first time, expecting to walk in show card pay and leave. Not the case, in line outside 30 minutes, in-line inside 15 minutes. At counter no order ready had to be assembled, really didn’t save me any time by pre-ordering. Hopefully the would not have sold what I had ordered before I got there. Suggest a drive through for online orders, with product set aside at the ready.

My last time goin to sticky saguaro they messed up my online order by giving me normal pre rolls when I ordered infused then told me it’s nothing they can do about it with returns because I opened it without realizing it’s not the item I ordered when they are the ones who gave me the wrong online order

I like the set up. The lobby employees are always nice. But the employees inside are not very nice they treat you as if I'm bothering them. I understand the social distancing. they do not give you their undivided attention...they are talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer. I have to think about if I want to return... people who come to your establishment are in pain and do not need employees making you feel less than... we are the ones keeping you open.. I was talking to one of your employee and asking her questions she talking to me and walking away too busy talking to others have a** talking to me..well I hope you figure something out...

Awesome staff and great meds! Love this place so much more than the chain stores. They offer way better prices and friendly bud tenders!

Started going to this dispensary when another became too "corporate". LOVE this place! Never a line, even when great sales are underway. Great prices, different deals all the time, products are excellent and always available. Highly recommend, these guys are my #1.

2nd time in a week the website and the floor displays have not been up to current inventory kind of annoying to have to go to 2 different places. Probably will not be back in

I loved this place for the longest time. They took away the express pick up line for online orders. I dealt with it because the location was convenient and I liked the atmosphere. But I spend to much money to have to wait in line 10 minutes to get checked in and another 10-20 minutes just to pick my order. I already know what I want I just want to pick it up. I will take my $500-$1000 a month to another dispensary. Because when mentioned this they said I could go somewhere else. So guess what. I did.

I had a bud tender by the name of Shannon and she was the most ignorant and incompetent person that I’ve ever had the unpleasure of meeting. She kept bringing me the wrong weed and suggesting me product that I clearly told her I didn’t want. She then proceeded to help another budtenders Customer while I was still waiting for her to bring my weed. She also smashed a couple bags of weeds that I was potentially going to buy. She has so place being a budtender cause she was not friendly or outgoing she was more off track and in her own world. Then she tried to tell me a story about a YouTube video that spiders were given drugs to see how they would reply? What the hell kinda budtender bring that up randomly. A trip that would usually take 10 minutes ended up taking 35 cause she was so slow.

??QUESTION?? ~Does the *Daily Deals* work for Recreational Patients as-well? Or just for the Medical Patients?? ~Damien
