Oasis Glendale have great budtenders that answer all my questions and suggest strains based off what I am looking for. The quality is great and I have not yet been disappointed! I will continue to go back and recommend to my friends and family. Great deals as well!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The meds are nice quality at a decent price.

I like that they respect and help me with my disability and as I am deaf and hard hearing in other so I use asl and can read lips they accommodated me during the pandemic to read they're face or all around great team.

Love this dispensary, the people who work here are the nicest people but they keep messing up my orders. I do online ordering a lot. A couple of weeks ago they had my bag sealed and didn't go over my order, I got home and it was wrong and had different items. I blamed myself for not checking in the car. I thought I would give them another chance so I ordered online again. When I went to pick up, I made them go over the order this time and it was wrong again! Wrong products and I was short a product. I don't know if I can trust ordering online anymore from here. They also had items in the store that were not on the online ordering menu so they are not keeping their menu updated. Please do better with orders. You guys are a great store with great people.

Terrible customer service since the store changed management/ownership. Employees do not seemed to be trained on the products like they used to. Also the way handle the lines is horrific. I actually walked out today because they don't believe in first come first serve, so I will not be going back.
