Story Cannabis - Grand Glendale

I put in a delivery order at 8am. Said it would be 2 hour delivery time. Come around 11:00 and I have received nothing or heard nothing. I call and I’m on hold for 17 minutes only to be hung up on. I spoke to a really nice girl who worked from desk who tried to help but not much she can do regarding orders. I ended up getting weed from a different dispensary and as I got home I received a text that my order was 27 minutes away ONLY to receive a text 30 minutes later saying that my order was running late and it would be 31 minutes until delivery. So ridiculous. Don’t give people a 2 hour time frame when it’s been almost 6 hours and I never got shit. It sucks cause i loves coming here. The prices for bud are good but the whole preorder and delivery system is so flawed.

Came to the grand opening and it was totally worth the wait. My bud tender Jeremy was cool n helpful with my selection. Lots of free items today and the new building looks really cool and different; makes the shopping experience more better thanks Nature’s

Used to be my favorite dispensary. 5star all the way around but now hah.. The only thing good now, is the price of your flower. delivery is garbage, ordered at 930am. Delivery instruction be here before 2 when I have to leave. got the message saying your driver wont be here till 225. correct me if I'm wrong that's out of the delivery timeblock I signed up for- should I get a discount? seeing as tho I ordered as early as possible to make sure that this wouldnt happen. preorder takes hours even if it's a single item other places dont even take an hour.
