The flower is always fire but my review is for the NEW Pre Order pick up. The new way to pick up pre orders is just ridiculous, 10 people waiting for pre orders and only one person fulfilling the pre orders. How does this make any sense. We pre order to get in and out not wait in another line or wait longer...what i saw was walk ins leaving before the pre orders and that makes no sense...and no ATM out front if paying with cash..
Apparently if you don’t pick up a preorder, 2 different times, far apart, someone will “ban” you from pre ordering at their leisure…? 100% their loss considering I pass two other dispensaries to get there from where I work. I only go there because the preorder if the fastest service but they can’t / don’t even keep the online menu updated so that’s frustrating too. Do better Nature’s!!!
Great selection of flower. The bud tenders are knowledgeable on product and give good recommendations. Always have great deals . Definitely worth checking out
My last review about my flower having mold in it never got posted & no one reached out to resolve the issue. I order delivery from this location every week. Kind of disappointed that I’m a loyal customer spending so much money & management doesn’t take issues serious from the looks of the other reviews I see here
I take advantage of the 8th deals. The crumble hasn't been the best lately. Sometimes there is still a wait with my pre-orders but the customer service is always pleasant.
The Glendale location has problems with they're management , if you run a BOGO then why do I have to order two things of same thing to get bogo .Bogo means buy 1get1free so I bought 1 why didn't my get one free go in the bag ? Then since can't open bag on property after driving home and realizing no free half oz with my purchased half oz I drove back to speak to some little bitch with gauges in his ears Steven is the name he gave & after explaining the situation to him he basically said I should of ordered two , so why not just give me my freebie I had coming to me he said no so I replied I want refund , no to that as well . That manager is a punk who let's his buddies use his gauge holed ears as a vagina this ain't the first time I've been screwed over at that location but it's definitely the last time they see my $
This place is great .The selection is remarkable.The daily deals are great and if you miss em during the week you can get what you missed on Sunday.I like to order online for faster service.
